Isnt 2"the 50mm.. while 45mm is 1.5" ... Brass is always easier with grips.. While chrome at spins.. with pratice you should be good at either one. If you alreasdy bought it dont waste more money on returning it and hassling it, I have the chrome xpole took a few tries to get a grib.

well from everything ive read, stainless steel is least grippy, chrome is a lil more grippy than ss, titanium gold is more grippy than chrome and brass has the most grip. i couldnt make up my mind so i went to the felix cane website and asked them what they recommend. the girl said chrome 50mm. so thats what i went for. i ordered mine from x-poleus.com on friday and its due to come in tomorrow.

I've had my chrome x-pole for a bit over a month. It's what I have learned holds on. I also have the 50. I'm pretty happy.

I got the titanium gold and kind of wish that I had gotten chrome. That being said, when I got it, I wasn't a dancer... I was just having fun. Realistically, chrome is way better because that's what clubs use and it forces you to work harder. But it's also wayyyy easier on your skin. I bruise hardcore when I use my pole at home for doing pole sits and whatevs. When I'm at work - not so much.
