Lightbulb Does anyone have club audition advice?

I was wondering if anyone had any audition advice, Ive never pole danced before so Im not sure if its something I need to walk in knowing how to do.My body also needs some conditioning before I go in, is there a prefered body type Im not the most top heavy girl and I tend to look alot younger than my age, about three years ago I wanted to audition and the door man didnt think I was 18. Any advice would be deeply appreciated thank you

There is no "preferred body type" Men like all kinds. Use what you have to your advantage. Have confidence and walk in that bitch like you're Cleopatra seducing Mark Antony.
Oh, one very crucial thing. Slow down. You want to look seductive and sensual, not like an epileptic bunny humping the stage.

You shouldn't need to know any super crazy pole tricks to get hired. Some clubs that are more upscale may not have time to putz around with waiting for you to learn, but the majority shouldn't require it.

Lap dancing to me is similar to fucking a guy who is sitting on a couch, except you stand up and move around. You can simulate reverse cowgirl, cowgirl, flashing him your pussy (if allowed), boobies in face (if allowed), etc.

Just go have fun, it's just skin--and everyone there has seen it a thousand times so it's nothing new to them!

    I definitely agree with temptess.
I've seen so many new girls hop on stage and just start convulsing.
Fuck, even I did it when I first started.
Everyone told me to "slow down"....so definitely take it slow on stage.

You can play the whole young look to your advantage.
There is no "preferred" body type. I mean, different clubs have girls they prefer, but as for guys...they like everything.
I've seen hippos banking before, and seen (who I thought) were knock outs, not make shit.
    It just depends.

Just smile a lot. Look happy to be there. Of course you'll be nervous, but you can play the whole new girl thing to your advantage too.

    GOOD LUCK!

The BEST advice I ever got... "Slow like molasses".
    Don't you ever sleep?
Not at night...that's when the stars have rather better things to do. They're coming out, shining, that sort of thing.

Gothic Rose, My advice for auditioning is to smile and look at the audience. Do not look down at the floor or you will not stand strait I have seen so many girls make this mistake and appear hunched over. Also do not look in the mirror too much I have seen this alot too. Bring a cd with songs you love for your audition unless they use a jukebox. Goodluck and do not forget to thank everyone who tips you its the perfect time for them to ask you for a private dance. There are alot of guys who get a special thrill of being the first one you dance for. Its like your virginity or something. Francinista

And for god's sake don't try to wear shoes that are too high. I've seen that faux pas a bizillion times and committed it myself! I tried wearing 6 inch stilettos my first day and fell flat on my ass.

I wore 6 inch stilettos with a 2 inch platform my first day and haven't fallen at all. I bought them ahead of time and practiced walking and dancing around, and, if you walk slowly and concentrate on your movements you'll be much more graceful.
