Well the ebanned thing is going pretty well but I'm getting requests for scat videos and stuff. How do you handle personal requests?

I'm not selling anything on there yet but I would charge more and require a deposit paid before I prepare their item.

Couldn't you be prosecuted for that in some states? I wouldn't think the money would be worth that kind of risk since you would be documented on film and seems to me it'd be so easy to find you.

For scat vids? really? now I'm curious? I thought all the sodomy laws in states were nullified in 2003 with Lawrence vs Tx..... hmmmm I think scat falls under the sodomy category

No scat is still illegal, most scat-themed sites are based in other countries (if not all of them) to avoid prosecution here. I highly doubt you would get in trouble making custom scat vids since the govt would probably be going after way bigger companies...but there is that small risk if you do.

I only do custom videos that I like and I require the whole amount before I do them. But yes scat and peeing are illegal in some states, so be very careful with the request/custom video that you do.

Honestly I thought all of that was overturned in 2003

I'm dropping my usual "other work" experience in commenting on this, unless you count 25 years in law enforcement as "other work" in this context.
The problem isn't just the local laws when distributing such stuff online or through any form of mailing/shipping that crosses state lines. There are federal laws that come into play in such situations that compound the problem exponentially.
Anyone producing adult entertainment that is going to be shipped across state lines in anyway better become fully fluent in the regional/local community standards regarding pornography and the laws that enforce it. There are people who failed to do so paying very heavy prices.
Stay safe and wishing well...

Fiat justitia, pereat mundus.
BTW, while we are on the subject, is it needed to point out the obvious: That it is just possible that if you are willing to judge the worth of someone simply by what you read on a website about them it might say a whole hell of a lot more about you than it says about the person you are judging?
I just set up an account so it's good to know that's illegal!
BTW, how did you get your ME page set up? I must be dumb lol!
