    Default Facebook and Christians

Ugh, jeez, you just can't get away from them. I posted an update last night that had the words shitty and fuck in it - wow, I am going to hell for this I suppose, grab the soap and wash my mouth

Anyways, the people that censored my post was my sister and my moms best friend as well as her mother. I can't just delete these people that I have known since I was a baby and that were so close to my now deceased mother. My sister is a different story, I will tell her to shut up, but not the other 2, I would feel bad for that, sooo, I updated my status to this once I woke up and saw all the Christian comments on my status.

"Would like to say that I don't belong to any organized group such as politics and religion, this doesn't make me a bad person or mean I'm going to "hell", people grow up and they change. I respect people for their beliefs and would appreciate the same in return."

I think this is a better way of handling it, but you know how Christians are, it's their way or nothing, the majority don't care about other people's opinion so I'm just waiting for them to post for me to turn to prayer to make my week get better and I need to start going to church, because you know if you don't label yourself Christian and go to Church, you are going to hell.

This was mostly for ranting purposes or if anyone has any better suggestions of something I can do then feel free to post.

It has nothing to do with Christianity, but rather ignorant people. I am Christian (Catholic) and I swear like a sailor. I didn't know people could censor what you write on Facebook. I know I got banned from an unemployed group there because I called the moderator of a related group a cuntbag (and she is).

I have to say I actually like being able to swear here.

nothing to do with Christianity at all. More to do with the kind of people you allow on your friends list. I talk shit on my facebook all the time and even my holy holy family doesn't give me crap about it. No one does and it they did it's "Delete" and "Block". Do that and keep it moving! Too many important issues in this world to worry about than what someone thinks about your facebook status.

You are right, I should have worded it better, ignorant people is better. I know lots of Christians that aren't like this, but way too many are. The ignorant Christians that keep pushing it down my throat and commenting on my cussing statuses saying I need to turn to Jesus for help because uh oh, I sayz a bad word

Oh, and they didn't really "censor" it, just commenting stuff like that on it.

I don't talk a lot about religion on Facebook except once where I told a relative that I don't date Muslim men. Nothing personal, I just don't mesh with their views (no offense to anyone Muslim). Actually, the one thing that got many people upset was when I stated I don't date dads. I did that because I have had relatives and friends try to match me up with dads. I reject these guys because I do not want to play stepmother, among other reasons. Actually I've posted here many times why I don't date dads so no need to rehash, but yes people have actually unfriended me because of this. Several of these people got mad at me and how dare I discriminate against these guys, how at my "advanced" age I should take anything I can because I'm "too old to have kids anyway", blah blah.
