I am a retired dancer, but sometimes I feel like my back is still paying for all those years of money making in 7 inch heels.
So I started doing Bikram yoga this year. I wish I knew about it while I was dancing. I feel like I might have staved off some of the aches and pains that contributed to my retirement, and followed me thereafter.
Hindsight is 20/20 so I just wanted to share the insight with you gals.
