To All SKNANB Visa Prepaid Cardholders

As previously advised, SKNANB has been working diligently on the necessary efforts to restore prepaid cardholders' ability to access their Visa card funds.
Subject to slight adjustment, it is expected that from Wednesday, October 6th, the overwhelming majority of cardholders will be able to access the funds on their Visa Card using their existing card, without providing SKNANB further information. A small percentage of cardholders will be asked to provide certain confirming information. SKNANB prepaid cardholders can expect further communication from us on October 4th in this regard.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your SKNANB prepaid card, please contact SKNANB at [email protected]. In addition, cardholders can call +1-869-466-9733 to contact the cardholder services centre between the hours of 8am and 4pm Atlantic Standard Time. Please note, the call volume could be quite large, as such, there may be extended wait times.

We understand the inconvenience and SKNANB thanks you for your continued patience.

I wonder what the holdup is. First they promised September 30th, now the 6th. hmmm... I really hope they hold to their word.

Good lord I'm sick of these mother fukers! Every week they tell us next week. Next week they will say the following week. The following week they will say November 1st! I was really pissed off yesterday because I was under the impression we would either have access to our money, or they would be asking us for some sort of identification in order to prove we own the account, and get our money. Now it's next week? Wateva

I'm gonna go ahead and close my ePassporte account. I know they took that fee from me (via my ImLive earnings some time ago) to pay for a new Visa Electron card, but even when they do get their shit together, I still want nothing to do with them. I'm sticking to Payoneer/direct deposit, etc. Epassporte was awesome while it lasted, but I'm pretty sure a lot of people have lost their trust in ePassporte (and rightfully so).

Remember that one day Payoneer will go down too, it may be worth keeping your epass account open but not using it, by the time Payoneer goes down, epass could be up and running properly again.

Payoneer is a shitty service. Yesterday I went to the store and tried to make a purchase. There was a long line of people behind me, and my card was declined. Then I went to the atm to check my balance, all my money was there, and when I tried to get the money out of the atm, it said insufficient funds. I went home and got on the computer to check my account. The money was there minus $2 for declined transactions. I made sure my money was transfered to load the card, so there should be no fuckin reason in hell why the card wouldn't work. These companies are a rip off, and I'm switching all my companies to check pay out.

Btw, this morning I was able to get my money out of the atm, plus $3 for the atm fee, and payoneers $3.15 withdraw fee. Notto mention they already took $2 for declined transactions. Fuck epassporte, and fuck payoneer

I forgot about that Missginger. The fees are absolutely ridiculous! So the atm fee is $3 to $5 depending on which atm you go to. then payoneers fee for withdrawal is $3.15. If you go to the store it's 3%. So basically you need to make sure to do all these calculations before using your card anywhere. If not then you will pay a penalty fee of $1? This is racketeering! Who is Payoneer anyway? The mob?

This is why I won't be getting a Payoneer card. They have a fee for every tiny thing!

I log on to payoneer today to re check my balance...just in case, and low and behold $11 has mysteriously disappeared! Wtf? NEVER had this problem with ePassporte. This is some bullshit. There is no reason why $11 should be gone. NO REASON AT ALL! I'm about to call contact these mf's and find out what the hell is going on. Then I'm cancelling this card for good. This is some bullshit.

This is $11 on top of all the other fees they took this weekend.

SANTA MONICA, Calif. — ePassporte told its clients Monday night that it has closed shop.

In a Dear ePassporte Account Holders letter, ePassporte said it must close its doors due to a “lack of revenue and circumstances beyond our control.”

“Effective immediately, the call center, ePassporte's sales and marketing team and risk management staff will no longer be available. A small group will remain to organize wallet requests and help disburse funds.

“On the ePassporte website, in the near future, wallet holders will be provided further information on what is needed to obtain your funds. This will mainly be a process to protect wallet holder funds from fraud.

"We expect this will be a simplified process, and as we receive the necessary information, our small remaining staff will process requests as quickly as they can. Please direct your wallet questions, concerns and requests to [email protected].

“For those of you with funds on your Visa accounts, we are informed that St. Kitts Bank is working on a plan to provide everyone with full access to their funds through their Visa Electron Cards or by bank wire transfers and will inform you accordingly.

"We appreciate your support for the ePassporte program over the past seven years and deeply regret we must close our doors at this difficult time."

Yes I just checked and saw my message, and for those of you who trust Payoneer BEWARE! The same thing could happen with their company. They already rob people with their "hidden" fees.
