    Default Hello Gorgeous Hair Extensions - Ripped off?

    So I orded these extensions online about August 1. No information/e-mail came to me so I contacted the site 2 weeks later, she said I did not pay for the international shipping. So a did a week later. Sept 18 paypay claimed that the product was shipped. I e-mailed her this week twice, still I didnt get any reply. Usually she would reply within 1-2 days. My credit card was already chraged and I paid for the bill. I never dealt with any "problems" from online shopping or paypal so Im not sure what I would do.

    So what do I do? Did anyone else have problems with this company?

    They haven't shipped yet.

    The "Electronic Shipping Info Received" message just means that they printed a mailing label.

    Complain to PayPal. If it isn't resolved immediately, contact your credit card company.

    I contacted PP... One of the transactions is passed 45 days so PP may not refund that one.

    Update.

    The girl never repied, but I started a dispute on PP for my internetional shipping back (25$) today, the owner refunded it within hours.

    The actually product was 100$, and chraged on July 8. PP says nothing can be done after 45 days of payment. What do I do? She didnt reply and I emailed her on every email. Should I call PP.. do I call my credit card? Is there a way to get the money back?

    My credit company said last time to contact the seller and the company with a refund recipt or nothing could be done.

    Please contact your credit card issuer immediately and ask them to investigate the charge.

    Taking that step requires the merchant to prove delivery of the item. If they can't, you will automatically receive a refund.

    Sometimes time limits apply. If you did talk to your bank earlier, and it is important to remind them, because that was the beginning of the process and you were unable to resolve the issue with PayPal.

    You are in the right, ask your bank to investigate. You are absolutely not responsible for fraudulent charges.

    ^ I was going to order from them and called 3 times with no response and there was a bunch of negative reviews on youtube about them. Sucks because their product looked nice but her not getting back with e and everyone on youtube saying it was taking 5 weeks or they werent recieving them I passed. Glad your getting your money back, you just dispute with your card company as you did.
