I bruise a lot less now than when I first started out.
I like to do pole work, and I think now that I'm stronger and more experienced I can do it without getting so banged up.
I've also heard that after a while places where you get bruises a lot sort of toughen up in a sense, and you won't bruise as easy.
I'm really pale, so my bruises show up a lot. I used to use body make up (Dermablend and Sally Hansen's Airbrushed Legs), but because I'm so light it was hard to blend it into my skin and was just kind of a hassle. Now I don't really bother, unless I have a really bad one.
It hasn't made a difference on my money as far as I can tell, but I work in a shit hole. If you work in a nicer club it might be different.
You can use this cream stuff called Arnica (I had the pharmacy at Publix order some for me) to help your buises go away faster.
I put it on at night after I shower.

Arnica has been the long time suggestion for bruising, it works so well that even doctors recommend it when people have surgery or things like botox. It comes in both a pill form, as well as topical gels & creams. You can easily pick it up at the pharmacy, pretty much all of them have it including Wal-mart & Wal-greens.
I recommend taking a pain killer before work like Bayer, as well as a few of the arnica pills. Try not to do a lot of floor work, especially on your needs. Practice dancing standing up so that you can use the floor the least amount possible... which will help you to avoid bruising as well as water under your knees (often has to be drained out by a doctor). At night when you come home take more arnica pills, soak in an epsom salt bath, then apply a topical arnica gel or creams to the affected areas.
Also consider drinking pineapple juice. It contains bromelaine which is an anti-inflammatory. Bromelaine is available in pills, but since its easy to get at the bar you may as well just have customers buy it for you.
Last, make sure you are getting enough iron & aren't anemic. People who are anemic &/or showing signs of low iron tend to bruise easier than others... so just try to be careful.
Don't you ever sleep?
Not at night...that's when the stars have rather better things to do. They're coming out, shining, that sort of thing.
