    Default ImLive customer service is laughable, at times

    On Monday they told me via my inbox that I was one of the Outstanding Features 'Best Body' winners (I like my bod, but I'm a lil too skinny to be called 'BEST' body), but I noticed my name wasn't on the winners list and my profile didn't have the award ribbon on it. I posted a message on the forum, and they gave me the typical "Please send us an e-mail" response. I did that, and they apologized and claimed it was a "technical error" on their part...that I hadn't really won. WOW. Thinking about it now, part of me is lmao!

    This so-called error just happened to go down right after I peeved them off the other day when mentioning that I work on multiple cam sites (didn't mention them by name though)...they deleted my post and posts from the hosts who responded. And I think they know that I won't kiss their ass on the forums, and that I speak up about certain issues/concerns while staying within forum rules.


    Sherry (of ImLive customer service) is cool though.

    yeah it happens....my busiest night the guest was saying they couldn't see me only lines.. b4 that i commented on somebody every time i log on they in my free text chat talking mad bs.. they deleted the post, saying i was saying foul language. and once i started having vid issues, the people that was once on it everytime i had an issue, were now taking forever, giving pasted responses...all the while im loosing $ because that night people was coming in and out right after each other and my rm is 480 per min so u know they was pissed when all they saw was lines.. i was pissed 2 but whatever..
    still here.... just in another chapter..

    Hey, bluexxxtasy. I didn't think anyone was gonna reply to this thread...100+ views and not a single reply.

    Yeah, it sucks when those tech issues happen, and the guys get pissed at you for it. Hopefully they'd come right back soon to see you again when there aren't any issues.

    I think it's really silly that on an adult site where we talk dirty and say "fuck," "shit," "asshole," etc., we have to censor those words on the host forums where we often vent to each other. It's adult sex chat...I don't think many people on there would get offended by the word "fuck"...lol. And even if you're telling CS about what a rude chatter said to you in your room (for example "Go to free video so I can see your fuckin ass, bitch!"), they'll just delete it and say "Profanity will not be tolerated on the forum. Please send us an e-mail." I do printscreen shots of everything now, since I already know CS is gonna ask for it.

    I like the fact that on SW we don't have to censor ourselves so much...we can speak freely as long as we're showing each other respect and getting along.
