Default My Site Is A Buyers Club, why??

I have a site that contains fetish, glamour, softcore, and explicit nudity. Customers can by videos, livecam shows, and worn items. If customers are into being a slave/serving me then they have the option of joining a membership that allows them to pay my bills, send tributes, shop off my private wishlist, watch my video blogs, view personal pictures, join my group livecam shows, send me instant messages, send me private messages, submit free video requests, get to know me better, build a dom/sub relationship with me, be a candidate for real time sessions and more.

I've sent my website to alertpay, plugnpay, and zombaio and they've all rejected my website. The only one to tell me why they rejected it was plugnplay and they said that my website is a buyers club/high risk site so they cant accept it.

I'm a little confused on why my site would be considered a buyers club. So I'm wondering why my site would be considered a buyers market and what changes I could make so that it could be accepted by one of the 3 payment processors.

I'm not an expert on content and payment processors but after some more experienced girls give you some advice maybe try cc bill as well.

I'm not one hundred percent sure what they mean by "buyer's market", but I do know when we applied for alert pay that they said they were putting any new adult type services or product site on hold. Specifically this is what they told us:

We do allow Adult websites for both product and service. However, at this time, we have placed all Adult applications on hold as we finalize internal business agreements with our banking partners to allow more Adult content.
I read somewhere the reason why paypal stopped accepting adult services payment was because a lot of people would buy stuff, then complain to paypal, and then paypal would refund money....so a lot of fraud and unhappy customers just made them decide to not want to do it at all...

I meant to say buyers club, (my bad). Well that makes sense about alertpay. They never told me that, they just sent me an email saying:

"We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have temporarily declined your Website Review for [mysite.com] until you can resubmit the details requested below. (never gave me any details btw)

At this time we are unable to provide services for your business. However, we are currently working on a solution that may meet you needs and we will be happy to contact you as soon as it is available."

I even asked them what if I removed the membership/serve me page and they said due to the membership and the hygiene of your site our company and bank have decided to decline your site.

I looked at zombaio policies and the only common thing that I found was the mention of buyers club.

Thanks for posting up what you heard back from the other payment processors. That's really strange how they all say they are "adult friendly" yet all reject your application. At least Zombaio and Plugnplay were pretty specific as to why they denied you. Though in the case of Plugnplay i'm not sure what they mean by the "hygiene" of your website.

Do you think they would care as much if you just had your site as a strict monthly membership website?

No problem. Honestly I don't know what they meant by hygiene either but I can only assume they meant that my site is to explicit aka dirty. The PlugnPlay representative that I talked to was a women(could have been prude) and she didn't seem like she new what she was talking about lol. Funny thing is, is that I seen a girl with a similar site with PnP as the payment processor.

I think there level of strictness depends on the type of membership it is. I've seen all three companies as a payment processor for fetish/financial domination, glamour, and softcore nude sites. Some of those sites where webstores and others were memberships. I think I've been getting shot down because my site is a combination of financial domination and nudity... so I honestly think that some of the companies "cough, cough...PnP" may think that its a escort site.

Zomabio and plugnplay are off my list but I'm going to check back with alertpay since they said that my site was temporarily declined. I posted on another forum and I was told that because my site is financial domination, nudity, and a webstore that its considered a high risk site (aka may experience a lot of chargebacks). High risk sites need offshore merchant accounts in order to accept payments. So I'm looking into a couple of reputable payment processors that specialize in high risk/merchant accounts.

Just want to say thanks to the ladies that posted, it helped. If I find success with the offshore merchant accounts that I'm looking at I'll post the links encase anyone else has similar problems.

It's very risky for any billing processor to endorse people selling used panties and what not because of hygiene violations. I can't remember the specifics of what I read a couple of years ago, but I know it can turn into legal issues and get them and the seller in a lot of trouble. That's probably one of your issues.

Very true I didn't think about that. But the similar site that I was talking about sells worn bra n panty sets and PnP is the payment processor. When I talked with them the 1st time they didn't say anything about worn items, they only talked about my members area being a (quote on quote) buyers club because I had the option for members to send tributes, pay bills, and shop off my private wishlist. They didn't mention anything about hygiene until the last conversation.
