Hey,
I put in my request for weekly pay on Streamate and the method is by wire transfer to my bank account (I'm in US). I got this email today after they approved the weekly pay:
"We've received your request to change your banking/payment information.
We would like to make this change however, the information you provided is NOT complete.
The following field(s) must be corrected before your information is accepted:
You filled out both swift code and routing number in your wire info. Please verify which one that we need to use for your wire transfer. In the mean time your account is on hold."
I didn't know which to put, so I put both (labelled) and explained why in the comment section under my financial info. I went to my bank today (BofA) and asked them which I should use. One guy didn't have any idea. The next lady seemed to think I use swift code if the company paying me is based outside of US and routing number if the payments are coming from within US.
Does anyone here know for sure?? I need moolah asap.![]()
