    Default Problems after a move

I moved to Arizona 3 weeks ago from Michigan and have had huge problems with the temp. My hair is a little longer than my shoulders and about 3/4ths of it is ruined. I have been bleaching it for years and never had a problem. It's brittle and dry. Everytime I brush it, my hair breaks off. I need something that can fix this fast! Also, my face has become really oily and in between my boobs gets really sweaty. I feel like a mess! Any tips or advice would be amazing.

You should probably go talk to a hair stylist. I would guess though that your hair needs protein. Try Joico's K-Pak Reconstructor. I also like the coconut protein packs from Wal-mart, which you can find in with the ethnic hair products.

Try ovation hair therapy. My mom has an endocrine system problem so her hair was dry and broke off in chunks. Now its growing long and not brittle its like $60 a bottle but lasts about 2 months its a 2-3 time a week treatment. They use it on Chemo patients who lost their hair too.

First things first... stop using a brush and switch to a wide-toothed comb.
Detangles just as well... and pulls out/breaks off WAY less hair.

I'm going to keep recommending the same damn product every time someone has this issue, lol: http://reviews.sallybeauty.com/6151/...80/reviews.htm fills in gaps from damage, makes hair thicker, stronger, and has a GREAT moisturizer as the third step.

Aside from that... just adjust the products you're currently using to accomodate for the fact that your hair is thirsty. Instead of using oils/frizz tamers to style your hair... use a TIIINY amount of conditioner to tame fly-aways/broken off bits sticking out all crazy. (Since I started doing this... my hair is CRAZY soft!)
If you're still having issues getting enough moisture... find a good weekly/bi-weekly treatment as well. Even if it's something cheap like that 3 minute miracle stuff (which is actually pretty alright).
That's is how my hair survived the desert anyway.

You may have just switched from soft water to hard water. I'm pretty sure AZ has hard water, which means its got more minerals in it. This could be in issue because dried, bleached hair tends to absorb water(and the minerals in it.) A local salon should have some advice about what products work better in hard water.

Or there are always water filters...
