    Default Sulfate Free Body Wash

Does anyone have a sulfate free body wash they could recommend?

I'm mostly interested in a body wash that is moisturizing and that's what led me down this sulfate-free path.

I've tried both Burts Bees products and wasn't crazy about them...although I liked the smell of the almond milk one...but perhaps I just can't get over the non-sudsy thing....suds just make me feel clean...

Jason & Avalon are the only other sulfate-free brands I've been able to track down. Anyone use these?

Avalon organics for the win. I'm not a fan of Jason. You could also try using Dr.Bronners.

bronners is good for that squeeky-clean feeling. skin goes erka-erka-erka when you rub it afterward.

but i relly like tree hut body wash, the brazilian nut is my fave, smells like chocolat.

I like ShiKai. You can buy it at Whole Foods, it is SLS, paraben, and soap free, if you look at the ingredients, aloe vera juice is the second ingredient, and I love how it makes my skin feel (clean, but not dry at all). Right now I am using the coconut one, and the scent is subtle, almost too subtle. If you like a heavy scent, try Dylan's Candy Bar Coconut Bon Bon, available at Sephora, also paraben and SLS free, but very richly scented.

Yes! ShiKai is amazing. The cucumber melon is especially refreshing. You can often pick it up at Trader Joe's for ridiculously cheap, too.

Didn't find Shikai at my TJs but found another brand SLS free that was inexpensive & something a man could use too...Tea Tree Tingle or something. I was skeptical since I once used a Paul Mitchell Tea Tree shampoo/cond & the tea tree was overpowering, but in this body wash it was very mild. Lots of moisturizing oils but it gave me a lather which I need.

I noticed Yes to Cucumbers is SLS free too.

I have Jason's Aloe Vera body wash. I saw on the label it has sodium laurel sulfoacetate- I thought it was something bad, but after reading I see it was not. It works well enough, I haven't decided if I will buy another wash yet though.

I miss my Dove Ribbons, but I won't use it any longer.

I loooove Dylan's Candy Bar line! Recently I've bought a whole set and I've been using it constantly. I did not want to read the ingredients label because I told myslef even if something was bad in it, I don't know any other brand that has the scent I love so much. Glad to see it doesn't have any of those bad things in it.

You can get Dr bronners in a variety of scents at whole foods. I love the stuff.
