I started dancing when my son was 14 months old. I was really lucky because I never worked out or anything, and was down to prepreg size when he was 5 months. I can't help ya out with dancing before children because I've never done it![]()

Im finally going back after having twins (theyre one) also a 3 year hiatus before that. I actually didnt gain any weight, infact Im slimmer than before I had them. Im just concerned about my c-section scar but Im only going to be doing topless so hopefully Ill be fine.
Thanx for the answers... my daughter is 4 months old now and my stomach looks pretty good (gettin my belly button repierced to give it a more toned look) but I just worry about my boobs bc I think they look saggy... I have naturally full DDs so they aren't going to be but so perky but I don't wana go anywhere and get that omg what was she thinking blank stare...

I didn't start dancing until my son was in 'middle' school ! Needless to say, 7 years later when my son and his friends were becoming old enough to legally patronize strip clubs, I quit 'live' dancing anywhere within 150 miles of 'home' !
My son was 2 years old when I started dancing. My body was actually a little better than before! I worked out hard to lose the weight from pregnancy, and since my hips grew from having him, it gave me a nice hourglass shape.
I also had a c-section, although I got a tattoo over it when he was about a year old. However, I work with tons of girls with c-section scars, and its really not noticeable at all in club lighting. Some girls have came back to work when their babies were only a month or two old, and they've all looked pretty good and no one has noticed.
Also, what you think are saggy boobs probably aren't that bad. Men love all shapes and sizes. A lot of guys appreciate a little sag, I don't know why. I've been told it shows them you're "natural." My boobs aren't perfect (I went from a D to an F while pregnant and then back down to a big B). But I'm told every single night how wonderful they are.
Goodluck!

I know a girl who started dancing 3 weeks after having her baby. she still had a belly but no one really cared.
there's another girl at my club who is now 9 months pregnant and dancing.
I haven't danced before, but I have a 2 1/2 year old and I'm planning on starting by the beginning of next year. I have a c-section scar, but its so low and its faded so much that you really cant see it. i guess it just depends on what type of bottoms you wear. I'm actually more concerned about the strech marks on my lower abdomen. I have a little pooch and I've been working my ass off at the gym trying to tone it, but it seems like the more toned it gets the more my stretch marks show. They're not so "streched" out anymore and it looks funny. My boobs are definitly not as perky as they were before, but I think I can deal with it.
But non the less, I'm starting to get really excited about dancing. I just got a stripper pole delivered to my house last night and Im setting it up today. Just need a few platforms and some outfits and I'm good to go!
Thanks for all the answers! I can notice my boobs starting to get better since they are plumping back up some... I work out- it helps my abs not so much my "mommy tummy" tho but it's startin to look better... for my stretch marks I use the microderm-abrasion exfoliating cream stuff which seems to be workin well
Back to work within 5 months of birth for all 4 of my angels. Lots of cardio and sit ups. No snacking and I was back to pre baby weight in no time. Massaging the belly skin will help it shrink back for some strange reason.
I'm not a stripper, just a woman in a situation! Lol!
