Default they've got the money, but you're not their type?

Hi everyone. yesterday there were 3 rich indians sitting in the vip, I saw a stack of funny money, so me and 2 girls went there. 20 minutes later, the manager give us $100 each and tell us to excuse ourselves cause we weren't their type. and I know there were 3 other girls the manager brought to them made at least $1000 each.

Help, so you would just leave in that situation?

    Thanks for all the help.

At the end of the day its the customer's choice. Just because you're the first girl to go over to a guy doesn't mean he has to buy a dance from you. When I go to a bar I don't just order beer because the taps are closest.

What kitin said. Just because someone has money, doesn't mean they have to give you any. I would count yourself lucky that you made 100 bux. They could have excused you and given you nothing.

Every customer has their preference. It was nice of them to give you a hundred to walk away. Most customers would be out rude and say no, and keep it moving. Consider that a blessing to have nice indian customers. The indian customers where I work are faaaar too cheap to do that. They all do one dance each. But sometimes you can luck out and find a few nice ones.

i beg to differ to some extent. was it a busy night with lots of girls on or a quiet one?

sure the customer will have some idea of what they are interested in seeing but if youre a good hustler and able to figure out on a deeper level what they are after and give it to them you will be ahead of their game and they will take you.

eg. they might be after asian girls coz theyre smart you need to tap into that and steer the conversation to reveal that you are able to talk in depth about anything, likewise if theyre after blondes because they want bubby fun girls, do that. ive seen it done, i have a very adaptable friend who doesnt walk out with less than 700 per night. at the end of the day, its the customer and your money.

think of it this way, you go shoe shopping. you wanna buy heels. you might have an idea what you want in terms of style and colour.... then you walk into the shop and there it is... not the heels you imagined but theyre perfect and you have to have them now.

sure, if theyre into curvy girls with fake boobs and youre petite its next to impossible but if its quiet with not many girls and you are able to stick around for conversation you might be able to get some of the money pile. especially if they came to spend in the first place.

Were they Native American? I hate to generalize, but I have found that when those guys are throwing around some serious dough, they want a PARTY GIRL.

I was thinking the same thing ... like " wow, that's the nicest rejection I can possibly think of ".
I mean .... if you are not their type .... you just aren't ya know ? But yeah .... it would be kind of painful too to watch the other make their 1k if it was slow and good money seemed unlikely without getting into that VIP.

Were they middle eastern Indian or native american indian ? One of my BEST whales I've found so far ( too bad he wasn't in town long) was native american indian.
I could swear that they " type " both Eastern / Native american like is the typical barbie look / blonde girl next door look.

Thanks with love. it's very helpful, I think you're right. it was a very slow night. girls were sittin around and doing nothing. they actually invited me to have dinner with them. I talked to them for a while. they seem very nice. I think they want the big boobs, which I don't have. so it was very hard. that's why they gave me 100 for my time.

I think next time, I will just move on to the guys that are interested in me.

    Thanks again with love.

Do you think there could have been something fishy with the management? It sounds like they could be playing favorites, in which case you need to evaluate if there's something you can do differently to win their favor or if they're just corrupted assholes. I wouldn't worry about it too much if the girls they brought in were all the same type and different from the three of you, though.

curious whether it was out of the managers pocket or no? assuming the customers paid the manager to give you 100?

either way this was a nice rejection.

yesterday there was a very similar situation at my club with a very unkind letdown that left a girl crying in the dressing room. i wasnt there and i was getting in and getting dressed as i heard it, but from what i hear the situation was like you, several girls sitting with customers, but instead of customers telling a girl she wasnt their type and tipping her for time they told her 'she wasnt pretty enough' and told her to go away.

this girl was in fact very pretty. and this was mean enough to send her away crying.

customers all have types. tipping you for your time and saying you werent their type is one of the kinder options. vs saying you arent pretty enough.

also if they were indian customers, while this can be taken as racist, a lot of indian customers want extras in my experience (i know im not the only one who has found indian guys to often want extras). the fact that your manager handed you $$$ is weird... maybe these guys wanted extras and the manager found the girls willing to do it? food for thought..
The best thing i have heard in a strip club to date:
customer: we should get married right now! we should get a shotgun marriage!
me: uhh... i think you are misunderstanding what a shotgun marriage means. A shotgun marriage means you knock me up and my daddy shows up at your door with a gun and forces you to marry me and raise the baby. You mean elope.
customer: hmm... nah actually i will take the shotgun marriage. At least then we would be having sex.

It sounds like your manager was the one doing the deciding and not the customers.

I will take 100 to go away any day!! But it does suck to not be the girl the custy wants. But we cant win all the time! Rejection is a huge part of this job.. All you can do is your best and hope to make the sale.
It sucks to be turned down by a guy only to see him get dances or go VIP with the next girl to go over.. And it is hard to watch those girls who seemingly never get rejected. But you don't know their game. You never know who is promising what or who is offering what. So don't try to compare yourself (even though we all do), just try to work how you do best and thats it.

In my experience a lot of guys do want the girl to be oohing and aahing all over them, but many men appreciate a more down to earth girl. No fakeness, lets just both have a good time. Just do what feels comfortable for you!

It is most likely a situation of social capital. Some people call it "playing favorites" but really...that's life. We will always refer business to those who take care of us.

OP, are you sure they were Indian & not middle eastern? Did you ask? Did they tell you?

I don't believe in this whole thing about men of xyz type only like a certain look in a girl. Come on, men are men & most like a lot of different types. Some might prefer a look opposite of their own because to them it seems exotic, but even then it won't be 100%.

This is very true! Do you tip the manager/bouncers/vip hosts who help you find the big money? If not, that could be part of your problem.

    I agree with that 100%.

I've had a different experience. Similar to the color personality types there are definite & distinct differences between many Indian men. I think I break them down a different way though just out of habit. I deal with them according to which of these types they fit into... which I can tell very quickly most of the time.

Let's see, I've seen that happen more than once! There was a discussion on the blue side about this awhile back where I mentioned this occurs. Some of the blues who didn't know this apparently thought I was nuts because they weren't privvy to the information. This does happen though, & I have been around as it was happening. I've actually had to turn down multiple "offers" & had managers double question me on why I don't do extras... like because someone I know does them I'm supposed to! Ugh. Sorry, not my game.

Often what happens is "John" (a well connected man with money) is planning to travel to a certain city that his buddy "Joe" (also well connected with money) travels to, so he asks "Joe" about a hook-up. "Joe" either tells "John" who to speak to at the local club in order to get an extras girl/prostitute, or "Joe" or will call on behalf of "John" to speak to the person directly. Normally the third party negotiator is a manager, bouncer or VIP host. Sometimes "John" will give a hefty tip to this club staff member when he comes into the club, receive said extras/OTC activities, then pay the girl. As a "thank you" for bringing her business the girl often tips the third party negotiator. Now obviously the girl isn't going to say to "John" "Hey, did you tip the negotiator?"... so a lot of times the negotiator is actually getting tipped by both parties involved! Suddenly you can see why there are many willing to do the job of third party negotiator.

Some guys find their own extras girl, or call their friend & ask which girls to be on the look out for a the club. This can be a sign that they are not well connected, or that they just like privacy. My experience though is the really well to do guys go through a club negotiator.

Yes, some clubs really do have pimps.

OP, what's done is done. However, if it were me I'd ask your manager about it, tell him you would like to know what they didn't like so you can work on improving it, or if they just wanted girls who would do extras. I would straight out use the word extras too. If there is something you can improve on, do it! Or if they wanted extras girls at least you won't be in the dark about it.

Where is it you are working? City/State?

Athena got it. Not their 'type' most likely meant they were looking for extras girls.

I don't think that "not their type" specifically means these guys were looking for extras.

If these girls sat there for 20 minutes without making any money (and the girls after them made good amount of money)... I'd say there was a good chance that these guys actually weren't interested in buying dances from them. In which case... $100 to leave is a sweet deal.

REALLY? in my club I go straight to the Indian guys because they're ALWAYS the ones with money. I used to work at an Indian restaurant so I know a little bit about their culture and when I start talking about it they're impressed and always get a couple dances with me.

They can be major pervs though. One of the Indian girls I worked with told me she would never marry an Indian man because they're such pigs.

When I read her post about what happened, I IMMEDIATELY thought of this. They were paying you off to go away, giving you a fake reason, and bringing in the big time hustlers that tip out $100+ per night, because they management knows that if THOSE girls dance with the guys a) they will get the money, ALL OF IT and b) they will share the money with management.

Not to say that you couldn't or wouldn't do those things, but when management has their top girls that are proven to be good hustlers AND good tippers, they will make sure those girls get the good customers first if possible. That's my take on it, although I could be wrong and the customers could have really wanted something else instead. It just seems fishy that MANAGEMENT told you, not the customers themselves.

My advice: train the management to know that you're a top hustler (i.e. over work and over perform and make the most money at your club) and tip FAT. FAT TIPPING will enusre the good hook up with customers. Other than that, yes, Indian dudes love the big boobs, lol. Esp natural ones, from what I've encountered, although I do have natural boobs, so I get the ones who like them....
