You're automatically limiting yourself to saline with this price range you know right?
If you're southern enough on the west coast you can go down to TJ and get silicones for 3k.

This seems like the kind of thing you don't want to get for a bargain. Save up until you have the money to get the best. It's reshaping your body and lordy, that's the last thing you want to get fucked up.

I dunno, I don't exactly disagree with anyone, but this argument is kind of a slippery slope. Of course you shouldn't go with a doctor who charges $4k over one who charges $6k just because it's cheaper, but most people have to draw the line somewhere--I'm planning on getting a boob job and I'm not looking at the doctors who charge $12k. I don't think many else do. Does this mean I'm making a stupid decision? Not if I find a board certified Dr. whose work I really like within a more realistic price range for me.

surgeon's fees are market driven. For example, every US plastic surgeon is going to have to charge $1-2,000 more than a Mexican surgeon to cover the US doctor's cost of malpractice insurance. Also for example, every doctor located in a large US city is going to charge higher prices based on the higher 'cost of living' associated with that city. While there are indeed legitimate considerations over doctors' relative skill levels, the quoted price of the surgery is not necessarily related to those skill levels.
You can find quality surgery for that range. I thought you were going to say like...2k

I went to Alejandro Quiroz, another girl from here recently went to him because she liked my results and hers look amazing. Dr. Fuentes is in the same office as Quiroz and girls from here have went to him and come out with good results as well. One of my friends went and recommends Dr. Caloca and her boobs are great.
