Default Customer stiffs waitress in VIP

Customer buys a 400$ bottle and leaves less than 10%.... He has spent 800$ on you for 2 hours time. U don't recieve a tip either and he has payed with a cc so 10% of your 800 goes to the house. Do you tip waitress out of your own money? If so, how much? Do you apologize to her and acknowledge that you tried to push him to tip better but stop short of giving her your hard earned money? The waitress didn't help you get the sale or extend your time bit she was pleasant and prompt with her service.

If she just ended up being your waitress and did not contribute any to your earnings, then I say no. I don't tip people when they don't do anything for me.

i dunno. depends on her, the club, how much i'll be there, how much i need the money, and whether i feel like what goes around comes around at that moment.

i had one champagne hostess give me shit after my room was over because she didn't want me to hustle a tip for her. apparently guys will just come up with numbers. it could've been nothing, it could've been a grand. and she'd rather just play her luck, instead of risking me ruining her tip. whatever. when i got hired there, we were encouraged to hustle for them and they'd hustle for us too, so everyone would make more. she wasn't hustling for me, so i'll do it her way.

if she had hustled for me, but had gotten stiffed, i would definitely tip her. it's the right thing to do.

in your situation, if i did tip her, it wouldn't be very much. i probably wouldn't. when i was younger, i would've.

I think it depends on the club & if you received a tip.

If the club pays her & you didn't receive a tip, then you aren't really obligated to tip her. You can if you want to though.
If the club pays her & you did receive a tip then naturally you would tip her.

If the club doesn't pay her, & you didn't receive a tip, I would still give her something because she did do some work (bringing bottles or whatever). Not tipping wouldn't be fair to her. You don't need to tip her a lot, & feel free to tell her the guy was cheap & didn't leave a tip. That tells her the tip is coming out of your pocket, which will probably mean she'll think well of you & hopefully help with the hustle in the future.

If the club doesn't pay her & you do receive a tip, I would be generous with tipping her.
    Don't you ever sleep?
