    Default Clarasonic

Has anyone used this? Is it really worth the money? What were your results? I have sensitive, dry skin that sometimes gets clogged.

I'm thinking of buying one on Black Friday at a discount hopefully.

I am in LOVE with my Clarisonic. Most worthy investment I have ever made for my skin. My face has never been so clear! It really gets rid of every last trace of makeup, which is important when you've been sweating in full face makeup at work all night.. I've noticed that my pores are way less noticeable as well. I highly recommend buying one, it is so worth it!

I got the Clarisonic Mia from SkinStore online (they usually have a 20% coupon going on) and I like it a lot. I don't use it every day, maybe 3 times per week and it really makes my skin glow. I know it sounds weird but sometimes I get lazy and don't feel like using it....LOL. But it is a great splurge.

I use it maybe once a week or less-but I love it when I use it. It is a great buy!

They sell a cheaper generic version at Sally's and I've heard really good things about it.

I used that one too ~~ but eventually I just broke down and bought the Clarisonic. Not sure there is a huge difference but I felt like splurging I guess. Those not ready to take that plunge should check that one out (iSkin or something like that).

Your timing is perfect! I've been wanting to order some products and couldn't remember the website that I found previously that had that coupon. I kept winding up at beauty.com....but it was skinstore! Better deals....love not paying taxes either which makes it better than sephora.

I slightly overused my Clarisonic, and it totally broke my skin out like crazy. Worst breakout I've ever had. I guess it just irritated the hell out of my skin.

**Buy it from Amazon or a place that has a great return policy just in case it doesn't work for you!!**

I personally prefer Philosophy's face 'peel':

I do this once every couple of weeks, and it makes my skin glow. Also, it lasts forever! A little goes a long way.

^ wow. Lots of good reviews. I assumed it was another rubbish fancy gizmo device that scrubs your face the same way a boar bristle hairbrush can. lol But now I'll have to look into it.

^ Honestly, there are less expensive ways of achieving the same effect. I mean you could probably take a $2 container of baking soda and gently scrub your face with it. Or get aspirin and make homemade aspirin masks with it.

But the $200 device is new-age, looks fun, feels fun, and is therefore 'worth it' to many people. If only because it makes you want to use it.

    Shrugs. Just my two cents.

That was my suspicion as well. Though perhaps I take back the boar bristle brush idea...the hair oils might clog pores.
