be honest. I'm just asking because I got weighed today at the doctor (i don't weigh myself) and it was more than I thought. kinda pissed. I've been trying to slim down for what seems like forever but I just kind of stay at this weight no matter what, like it's my set point. I have a medium frame and I'm 5'7. I have quite a bit of muscle from dancing. I think I'd look better and make more money and be more confident for modeling jobs if I were 10 pounds thinner.
the specific things that bother me about my body:
"thick" calves, thighs
wide hips/high hips
lack of small defined waist
arms have muscle but are covered in fat
I think getting rid of 10 pounds of fat would fix these problems... i'm just going to do stairmaster 45 minutes everyday,- i've been so inconsistent with working out. I tried the whole weight training to build muscle mass to burn more calories thing but i build muscle so easily and so quickly that it just makes me look bulkier, i need to burn the fat off, then tone.
i chose the least flattering front picture (not the full length one) to show how my stomach is. no/high waist. ew.
I guess i look okay, i make good money, but it's about time for this extra 10-15 to go away.
guess.
*i'm asking because I want to see if i really look as heavy as I think I do, be honest- it will inspire me to kick my ass at the gym!
