I am all about some nutrition today lol. Do you take supplments? What, why, how do you like it?
Ive tried alli but the ocasional nasty side affects really put me off..... The GNC womens active mix that comes in the little foil packs with like 6 pills was ok but I had to eat a lumberjack breakfast before taking or I'd get sick! Have been taking prenatals for a while because I heard theyre good for skin and hair and generally a high quality multi but havent noticed much difference in how I feel one way or the other. Ive been seeing this 'Sensa' stuff advertised a lot and supposedly they did legit studies and it was found to be a good way to help drop lbs? Anybody try this?
