I'm not sure exactly but there's a type of suit trouser that I've has a fw customers wear that must be satiny on the inside or something, cause when I'm dancing they slide around. It makes me smile
But generally I just prefer trousers that don't cause much friction - they're easier to dance on (oh, and a crotch that isn't too low)
so wearing athletic pants to the strip club wont make me to big of a perv?

I've never done it i'm a denim or dickies guy. but i baught some warm up pants to coach wrestling and i see how it would improve a dance.

Yes it would...
Honestly it depends a bit on geography too. I club in a very high contact area so nothing short of an exposed penis fazes most of the dancers I know. In places where medium or low contact is the rule you are probably not going to find a bit less enthusiasm for more "comfortable" attire.
I can't take threads like this started by a member on his very first post seriously. In my experience, most are trolls. Having said that, on the off chance this is for real I would advise the OP to stick with khakis if planning to get dances from a variety of strippers. Based on what I have learned regarding sweatpants and similar attire, many if not most dancers are leery of the thinness of the material and the definition of your wood as they are grinding you, especially if you are commando underneath. They are not trying to get off, they are trying to make their money from you and then move on. Plus the possibility of leakage from you to them is problematic. On the other hand if you happen to find a dancer who lets you know the more the merrier, you could wear your boner man pants on visits dedicated to her.
