    Back on November 18, I placed an order for two shoes using a coupon because I only have one working pair of shoes right now and that scares the hell out of me. (I hate not having backups.) Unfortunately, on the 22, I got this email.

Unfortunately the shoes that you ordered are on backorder. As a result they have been deleted from your order. Would you like a store credit or a refund?

    I replied, asking if the out-of-stock pair of shoes could be replaced with a nearly-identical shoe that cost the exact same amount. No response.

    A day later, I got the exact same email from them but from a different address. I sent the same response.

    At this point, I'm quite irritated because it's nearing when I should be receiving my shoes and I'm getting nowhere, apparently.

    On the 24, I finally get another email and I was hopeful that they'd gotten around to responding to me. I was wrong.

    You have been issued store credit for $67.18. To redeem your store credit, simply enter coupon code ******** during checkout.

    Store credit will expire 1 year from today.

    Not only did they ignore me, but they kept my money, rather than return it to me. I was angry, but whatever, at least I could still order the shoes. I sent an email to them telling them that I was unhappy with the service I had received and I hoped that something could be done to resolve it.

    Today, having gotten no response, I figured that they were gone for the holiday and decided to just go ahead and re-place my order.

    While trying to check out, I discovered that if I use the store credit, I can't replicate my original order because I can only use one coupon code at a time.

    I'm livid, ready to never order from Snaz again, and desperately hoping that this gets resolved. I don't want to take my business elsewhere, but I feel like I don't have a choice! I'm hoping that posting this will get through to them faster than email since I haven't had any luck going that route.

    OK. I got a backorder response once too. I just sent an email asking for the amount to go back on my visa. They did that, no problem. If you wanted another shoe why couldn't u just use the store credit??

    I don't think they can swap your purchase like that, that is why they were offering you the credit if you wanted something else.

    The owner is also a member here, so you can look her up.

    Also, PM me if you want a 20%discount code that is good all the time. I have to send it in a PM for some reason...

    I DO sympathise and understand your irritation totally. However you can't expect the store to make your alternative choices for you....they have a HUGE customer base to service. As far as the code is concerned , it was obviously a 'one time only' and the system has it logged on your account. No response to two EMails is bad. Once is a mistake, twice is downright careless.

    Perhaps you can make your new choices and re-order with a different code. 'Shasta's the girl for that.......

    If that doesn't work - it's time to seek out the owner and give her the story from start to finish.

    I'm sorry you didn't get a response from them. Ya know, it took a while for me to get a response too. But, they finally got to me and put the money on my card.

    I am so sorry you are upset with us! That is the last thing we want! Please email me directly at [email protected] so I can take care of this for you ASAP! The email response time may have been a little delayed due to the holiday weekend. Turkey day is over and we are back to work! : )

    Normally all emails are answered within 24-48 hours. Response time is usually quick because we like to stay in constant contact with our customers and if you do not receive a response right away it could mean we didnt receive the email or it has possibly been sent to our SPAM folder.

    Since the item you originally ordered was out of stock the order was cancelled so we can't just replace the item for you. We offer a store credit or a refund so if you would like a different item you can place the order using the store credit.
