I don't have any, but my friend has LOADS- she bandages her new ones at night until they're fully healed cause a few did pop partially out a few times without some kind of guard. I'd say go for a band-aid. That way it won't stick to the gem

    OMG rejecttions suckks =P
I have 2 sets of acutal pierced parts by my eyes,
2 of them rejected and the scar is HORRABLE
later on , the other side started to (its ganna happen , your face dosnt want them there)
Get some bio oil , and keep the skin REALLY moist
so it will bend with the piercing
    and heal better.
    NEVER BUMP THEM
And again. Dont let them scar , its a horrible place for a scar.

I have a dermal and I have dermals (as a certified piercer). They are really easy to take care of, and if they're not in a high rejection area (boney parts like hips or ribs for example), they often stay put provided:

    a) you do sea salt soaks (1 cup distilled water, 1/4 tsp sea salt) once a day, holding for 2-5 min, using guaze or cottonball (not a q-tip).
    b) You sleep with a bandage to keep pressure on the area for at least 2 months.
    c) You apply pressure throughout the day (7 times) with a clean finger. For me, this meant everytime I washed my hands, I pushed on my dermal for a few seconds.
