$20 to the dj (its the housefee. DJ serves as bouncer/management/"housemom" in most smallish clubs around here).
The larger clubs do have other staff, but I believe the tip out is a total as well (like pay $60 before beginning of your shift and you don't "tip out" at the end).

45 + tips, depending on who helped you out that night and how much.

fuck i pay like 100-200 a night.

These are dayshift fees...
If I work 3 days a week, my house fee for the next week is $30/day.
If I work 4 days a week, my house fee for the next week is $15/day.
5 days a week = free house fee the whole next week.
I give $5 or 5% (whichever is more) to each bouncer (1 or 2 guys). Technically the minimum per bouncer is $3 but that's fuckin lame. $10 or 10% (whichever is more) to the DJ. Some girls are cheapskates and will stiff the staff on tipouts or give less than minimum, also lame.
I have to pay out $5 to the house if I don't sell my 2-for-$40 daily feature. Lunch special is about $3 plus $1 tip for the waitress (waitresses should still get tipped, even by dancers)
Personally, I have to take a cab to and from work, which works out to about $35/day roundtrip.
So it costs me around $65-$85 to work every day. Which is hard when it's so damn slow and you never know if you're gonna go in and not sell a single dance that day.
Regardless, I always make sure I come to work with $100 cash in my wallet, so I can still take care of everyone and everything I need to, even if I don't make a single damn dollar. So it annoys me when girls who work 4-5 days a week, and don't have to take cabs, and sell their feature, DON'T tip anyone out. How short-sighted can someone be?
