Default best self tanner for paper white skin?

Does anyone have any reccomendations for a self tanner that will not turn my casper ass orange? I have tried so many and they all turn me oompa loompa!!! It doesn't need to make me really dark or anything, just a nice beige or tan..but not orange!

St. Tropez is good for fair skin ladies. Brown toned and not too dark.

I am also super pale (see my avatar) and cannot tan naturally.

I've used that Jergins moisterizer that slowly tans you (called Natural Glow), and I didn't really like it. Didn't do much for me.

The only other sunless tanner I have really used is Victoria Secret's Beach Sexy (http://www.victoriassecret.com/ss/Sa...ame=vsdWrapper).

I loved this shit. It worked really fast, made a noticable difference ("Wow, you're tan!") and didn't make me orange (I told me roommate that if I started to look orange to tell me IMMEDIATELY, lol). It also didn't have any weird smell I've heard of some other ones having.

I had some minor streaking, but nothing too bad and I figured it was from me rushing and not applying the stuff carefully enough.

It also has a little shimmer to it, which I liked but might bother someone else.

The only problem was I felt like it was a little pricey (but since I haven't used a lot of other brands idk how it compares) and the upkeep was a huge hassle.
The whole ritual of exfoliating and applying the tanner was a pain to me.
Now I just stay pale, and mostly for this reason. As a dancer I still make good money and have had a lot of guys really like my pale skin and freckles. I don't know if I'd make more if I was tan, maybe I'll try one day and see.

I haven't done this myself (because of the cost) but I've heard good things about spray tans.

Also, here an awesome site with a lot of great sunless tanner info, including directions on how to best apply it so it comes out even and nice looking...

I've also heard good things about St. Tropez, but have never personally used it.

Clarins makes a really good self tanning gel that works on pale skin. It doesn't streak AT ALL and doesn't have a bad smell. It's very natural looking, not orange. It won't make you super dark, though.
