So I've FINALLY got back down to my pre-baby size after a year of hard work! I'm fairly happy with my overall muscle tone and body fat % BUT I just seem to have these folds of skin on my tummy now which i hate. You can't really notice it when I'm standing and holding it in but when sitting it folds into nice big rolls which looks really nice (not!)
So for all the mom's out there - or anyone who has trained them .... will they disappear in time with healthy diet and exercise or do I need to consider more drastic options?![]()
