I curled my hair for work because I have a high forehead so pulling my hair back doesn't work for me.
A lot of girls here will tell you that most guys prefer long flowing hair to tight, pulled back hair. Without a pic of you it's hard to say what will work best.
I look like a child and am always told by customers "how old are you? 16?" (I'm almost 21 :s) So I just try to make myself look as "old" as possible at work and since my natural hair is curly goldy-locks style (which makes me look even younger), I straighten it, back-comb for volume, etc. I curl the underneath layers at the bottom so when I get hot and my hair starts to curl as it inevitably does over a shift, its not as noticeable.

Um .... one of the advantages of working at dives all year was my " let hair dry while brushing it " hairstyle that I did in my car on the way. BUT .... occassionally I'd still bust out curls or curl the ends.
I'd often get it professionally curled my first day in a new club in a new place.

i just put clip on extensions in and tease it at the top. ive done everything to my hair at work, pony, pigtails, messy bun, curled, crimped, straight etc
i dont think it makes a difference for men, whatever makes u feel like a million bux will get you money

I think of you have the features for it than rock the bun. If you have a beautiful face show it... Everygirl hides behind tons of hair, I think it would stand out. Also, classy works to a different type of clientele. Sexy might get lapdance but sexy AND classy will attract big spenders. I just wouldn't do the bun if u are really skinny and/ or have really small breasts. Your figure should make up for the " sexiness " your hair doesn't have.

I dont like the JLo bun. But I often wear my hair up. No one else does . ITs good for everyone to have a different look. If everyones hair was all l\ultra long and thick it would be boring bc everyone would be a walking cut out. Variety is key. Different is good. And sorry but not everyone looks good with their hair down. Not everyone has great hair that cooperates. I know mine is a pain n the ass. So usually up is best.

Im blk so I wear 28 inch
Indian hair flat iron straight
So when I sweat I go spanish

to the op: when i got my neck tattooed i wore my hair up and i didn't see a difference in my money... in fact i noticed guys really wanted to touch my neck (i had to tell guys they couldn't). i say wear it in a bun and see if it affects your money...not like you can't take it down.

My avatar wavy beautiful
600$ hair damn talking to myself
U blk Spanish bad bitch with a good perm

^ I dont. Spanish means wavy hair? Is that it?
I straighten my hair at the beginning of the night and wear clip in extensions. It usually gets messy and poofs up as the night goes on, but it looks like sex-hair so I leave it. Men tend to like the wilder tresses.
If you really want your curls to stay then setting damp hair overnigt with pin curls or rollers would do the trick. I love the JLo bun, but I don't know how well it would do in the club.

I use a conical curling iron on mine, no hair products - I don't use hairspray, gel, etc. I pull out my bangs while they are still wet & let them set on a huge plastic ez grip roller.
Last month I was going through a lazy period & wearing it straight. I was just blow drying it straight with a super looper brush. The brush goes through my hair much easier than any other brush I've ever found, so I can run it through my hair faster & get it much softer.
Don't you ever sleep?
Not at night...that's when the stars have rather better things to do. They're coming out, shining, that sort of thing.

i think it means when you have naturally wavy hair and you straighten it but start sweating it gets wavy hence looking spanish, i guess (this happens to me-i usually go to the dr and pat down my neck when i start sweating a little...and then brushed my hair and it would stay straighter)

hmmm... i dont think its a problem if hair gets messy and crazy, generally i try to make my hair look "worn" (not perfect) because i feel like if you have a good face and body and your hair is pretty but a not perfect, you look more naturally pretty and give off a more "im pretty and my hair can look crazy cuz im sexy and i own it" vibe. that's just me. so what i'll do is tease my hair, hairspray my whole head, then put it in a tight bun until work so i have loose waves that go wherever.
for YOU though, i think that maybe teasing on top with a low side ponytail that is wavy would be elegant yet sexy and keep your hair out of the way and from being "ruined" all night...
i guess this is a decent example of what im talking about...

or if you could pull it off a side bun like this might be cute (maybe not so dramatic)

i often wear my hair to school like the 1st one. very cute, sexy, and playful, but out of the way. low-maintenance.

I wear mine straight. I used to curl it but it took ages and although I got tons of compliments Im just too lazy. I wear my clip in extensions - usually fri/sat. I got a keratin treatment so it really stays straight.
Im not really a fan of buns. I think guys like to see girls' hair down. Ive only ever known one girl who can really pull off the "up" look on a nightly basis.

I can't tie mine up or do anything very nice with the back because I lean on customers shoulders when lapdancing and it gets messed up and I have to walk out the room with a birdsnest on my head!! I usually straighten it, and then tightly braid the front left side a little bit, so its pulled out my face and down behind my ear. Kinda difficult to describe I guess...

i have really long, straight hair. i wear it down. i want to do fancy stuff with it, but unless you're at a nice club, there's not really any point. sometimes i'll have it up, and it doesn't seem to hurt my money, just attracts different guys. and i'll put it up a lot during dances, since guys seem to love knotting it up, especially the guys who go for the 2-4-1. no surprise there.
-love everyone but keep them far from your soul-

Since the cold wears my hair down, I leave it straight. I have naturally curly hair, but the cold winter makes it dissapear.
