as I said before- my normal work out routine does consist of weight training + cardio, and I do pole work at work. Honestly though I really prefer the long lean toned look- which is NOT achieved through weight training it's achieved through calisthenics/pilates/yoga/ballet type movements.
I know that for some reason a lot of people nowadays are starting to like the really muscular almost bodybuilder look on women but i don't like it. I am mesomorphic and I guarantee you right now that if someone tested my body composition I would have at or over the healthy amount of muscle to burn sufficient calories... it's only been 2 weeks off my normal routine.
