    Default TMI Question

Sorry if this is a bit TMI but do you ladies ever worry if you're getting "loose" down there? I don't fist or anything like that, and my toy is pretty small (compared to some I've seen), but I can't help but feel like doing 6+ hours of webcam every day is "loosening" me up a bit. I can fit 4 fingers in easily if I'm lubed up, sometimes all 5 (barely). I have two regulars that like me to stretch out my vagina so it gapes a bit, I'm not talking a HUGE gaping hole or anything but as much as mine will go. I don't like doing it but they spend a lot of money on me so I oblige.

I've also given birth, which I'm sure has had some effect. My boyfriend says I'm tight enough and I feel great, but then again if I asked he'd probably tell me my shit smells like roses.

For the record, I do Keigel exercises whenever I remember to, but probably not often enough for it to make a difference.

it's a myth that it gets loose after a lot of sex or having a lot of partners, etc. The vagina is very stretchable and resilient and always returns to it's normal size. Don't worry

Vag is so elastic! I really wouldn't worry until my skin started to sag- then I would probably be a little more careful with it.

You're not going to have that super tight LOOK since you had a child... yeah, you're gonna be able to see your vaginal opening, but it's probably not anywhere near even penis sized, right? So he's still getting a damned good squeeze!

Really, I don't think kegels help the -look-. I have a bit of gape (I dunno, like you could stick a pencil in without making contact? TMI, TMI, TMI, lol) and I do kegels like nobodies business and it has not changed one bit.

I use a lot of lube and fake it half the time.I worry more about my boobs when guys ask me to shake/bounce them fast/harder.

Thanks ladies! I feel a bit better. I remember hearing that the loose vagina is mostly a myth... but I wasn't sure.

Blu, yeah fortunately my boobs are small so I don't get a lot of guys asking me to bounce them around. But now that I think about it, my pregnancy and 2 years of breastfeeding fucked my boobs up WAYYY more than my vagina. Ugghh I wanna have another kid in the next 2-3 years but I can't stand thinking about my boobs getting even saggier.

I've definitely worried about this! I have one toy I bought which was a little larger than what I'd like but it was the only one with a suction cup. The other night I had sex after using it for hours and I asked him if it felt different for him because it felt different for me. He said nope but who knows!

I went and bought smaller toys this week

I think you are a bit over concerned about this. While childbirth can cause changes, its not really as significant as most women think. Problems generally occur closer to menopause, especially by women who are not sexually active, when the hormones begin to change.

The canal area that you are talking about is a muscle, & like any other muscle as long as you continue to exercise it then you won't get "loose". With that said, if you aren't using that muscle then it can become weak... causing you to feel loose. By contrast what makes you feel tight is generally how tight the canal muscles can squeeze (the more practice the better), & how wet you get. If you don't get wet enough, but the muscles squeeze really tight, it will cause you to experience pain from too much friction... similar to what you might have experienced the first time you had sex. Often simply expecting pain (as virgins often do) can cause the body to not create enough fluid... so really that is part of the key.

Safe inexpensive things you can do to feel tighter:
    - Kegel muscle exercises
    - Vaginal cones (ask your doctor first)
    - Engage in less foreplay before having sex... i.e. don't become as lubricated so you gain more friction

    Other options
    - Tightening creams (read how they work first, since these aren't always safe)
    - Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (ask your doctor)
    - Surgery (ask your doctor)

Note: Before anyone mentions Neocontrol... they are no longer in business

From experience, if I was using a really large toy, and then had sex later that night or early the next morning, my partner could "tell" that something was different, and obviously it scared me the first couple times, but then like 2 days later we'd have sex, and he'd say "Back to normal!" and comment how tight I am...So, like all muscles and body parts, it can be stretched, but the stretch isn't permanent. Our bodies are really elastic.

Bambalina is exactly right... the 'stretch' is there, but it isn't permanent. I remember during a (relatively) promiscuous time in my life, going from a small-dick guy to a big dick guy, and back to small dick guy in quick succession.... after the big dick guy, i could not even FEEL small dick guy's cock inside me for a couple days.... LOL! But it all tightened up again.

I still reccomend kegels, though!!! My favourite way to do them is on the toilet... just try to stop your pee stream competely a few times. ;-)

What you were experiencing was more likely the fact that with the larger guy you didn't have to tighten your muscles as much to feel him, & when you went to the smaller guy your muscles strained more to tighten because you weren't used to having to tighten them as much.

That muscles is going to grip pretty much anything, & will hold it there if it can get enough friction. For example, if you stick a thin tampon in & stand up, the muscles will grab it & keep it in. The same is not true for something with a slick surface though (vibrator, pen, etc) because the lubrication of the area will cause slick objects that don't absorb moisture to slip out, or eventually push out.
