Question How long did you take off after your BA?

    Hi ladies,

I'm wondering how long it was before you could go back to dancing after you had your boobs done. I do private parties so thankfully no pole work is involved, but it is still pretty physical. I do a lot of gymnastic type moves, but would obviously lay off those for quite awhile until I was healed.

I'm just trying to figure out how much to save so I can live/pay my bills until I can work again.

    Thanks!

Do you have a nest egg? IE sufficient savings to live on for 3-6 months? If not, I'd suggest that a BA might not be financially prudent right now and you might want to hold off until you can easily afford it. What will you do if you have complications from surgery, if your body takes longer to recover, etc.? Bigger boobs are fantastic money makers but it might be best to be financially stable first.

If you're stockpiling extra on top of your savings to avoid cutting into them good for you and ignore everything I just wrote

I waited 7 weeks, went in to try them out and see whether I was comfortable working or not. Most girls Ive read go back within 6 - 8 weeks. I know at 2 months, I should be good. I wont let guys touch them firmly and still use my arms lightly.

Wow, the difference in healing times is crazy! Yes, I have saved enough for about 6-8 weeks without work but I am still saving (especially after seeing that some ladies take much longer to heal).

i had 350 ccs under the muscle. i also do private parties (so i rarely do pole work unless we are on a party bus) and i went back after 3 weeks. i also had a remarkable recovery--no bruising and minimal swelling. but i definitely will not be doing any gymnastic-acrobatic moves for at least 2 or 3 months.

Okay. Take off at least a month. Some chicks come back in 2 weeks but they are nuts-o in my opinion.

Have enough saved up to pay for your boob job, your bills for 1-2 months, and worst case scenario, another boob job/ revision. Stress doesn't help you heal! Have enough of a cash cushion so that you can focus on your health and getting well. Sometimes things go wonky so always have enough money saved up just in case things go awry.
