    Default Stripper Diet

What do you eat to stay healthy? Do you carb up before work, etc? Do you take any vitamin supplements?

I try to carb up before going to work. I start by eating eggs (protein) for breakfast, toast, hashbrowns, or I have bran cereal with almonds and berries. I snack throughout the day (bagels, pasta, other breads) and I try to eat a big dinner before going to work to keep me going til bar time. I bring a salad or something to heat up while I'm at work, too. I drink TONS of gatorade. I avoid refined sugar as much as I can (I've found it to be very addictive and I replace nutritious food with sugary stuff too much).

I take prenatal vitamins, glucosamine chondroitin, beta carotene, vitamin d3, zinc-magnesium-calcium, vitamin b complex, coq10, florajen3, and biotin.

The toast, cereal, bagels, pasta, breads are all refined sugars. Cut those out, and you will feel soooo different. I don't follow any one diet, I just eat extremely clean. So, I get my carbs from vegetables, no breads or grains or pasta at all. I personally don't eat dairy either.

I take a multivitamin, biotin, fish oils, vitamin D (2000 iu), and alpha lipoic acid.

I'm currently on iron supplements & magnesium. My blood has been really low in iron for a long time. The magnesium the doctor told me to take because the iron changes certain things when using the restroom, so the magnesium balances it out.

In terms of diet, when I am "dieting" I do a low carb/ low fat diet. Other than that I tend to not eat much in the way of carbs. I try to do a raw diet about 3 days a week. I'm also a lacto-ovo vegetarian, but I am trying to cut back on the milk & only drink watered down skim milk when I do drink it.

Um...gatorade has TONS of refined sugar in it! (unless they've recently changed the recipe) so if you find that you have a problem with refined sugar - cut this one out!!! I'm allergic to wheat, so I don't eat many carbs at all - the ones I do are complex carbs from vegetables, brown rice or pasta made from veggies or corn...I find that a heavy meal before work leaves me feeling bloated and unattractive, so on work days I try to eat little, healthy meals that are light and nutritious...and carry some health-food bars (check for sugar on the label!) to the club so I can take a break and nibble one if I get really hungry..I also stock a couple of agave-sweetened "energy" drinks in my locker (ginseng, ginger and agave) for a quick boost without the caffeine and chemicals.

As for supplements - the only major one is some kind of fish oil or starflower oil - dancing is hard on your joints! I also recently found holy basil - expensive, but makes me feel amazing!
I take cash, debit or credit. I just don't take shit.

I really need to get on the Vitamin D boat. If you're somewhere with little sunshine, it's a good idea.

My diet is vegan, with lots of raw foods, and mostly gluten free (probably 90%).
    Everday:
Breakfast: Fruit smoothie w/ Vitagreen powder and small bowl of museli or granola.
Lunch: Veggies of some sort (salad, veggie wraps, usually raw), 3/4 cup brown rice or quinoa, and a piece of fruit. I've found eating a little fruit throughout the day helps get rid of sugar cravings.
    Snack: Raisins and almonds.
Dinner: Same format as lunch, but usually different foods. Only fruit if I have a sugar craving and want cookies.

For work, since I almost always work nights and short shifts (bach parties), I just bring a small snack to eat on the way home, like a banana or raw crackers.

I eat mostly protein based meals throughout the day but for dinner I include some carbs to see me through 6-8 hours of work. Sample:

Breakfast- scrambled egg whites with mushroom, pepper, onion, tomato and cilantro. Maybe some turkey bacon

Lunch- open face turkey burger on a piece of wheat bread w/ lowfat cheese, mushroom and avocado

Dinner- baked chicken thighs w/ quinoa and green beans.

Throught the day I snack on almonds and fruit. Lots of water. I eat like this 5 days a week. The other two I allow myself to have whatever I want in moderation.

I'm a backslidden vegan who loves your meal plan so much I might steal it!

As for the vitamin D, the best source I found are the little soft gels that are 1,000IU. However, they generally aren't vegan, as the capsule is made of gelatin. I don't care about my suppliment not being veggie or vegan- just my food. I take about 5,000IUs daily (5 capsules) and OMG my body feels amazing. Also, I didn't get a single cold or the flu when I took it last winter.

There is Vegan vitamin D, it comes in smaller doses, so you have to take more of them which can add up after a while.

breakfast-suck his dick, swallow cum, wawa croissant, coffee
dinner-steamed rice with broccoli and chicken usually with a hair in it
sometimes sushi after work from wegman's
    that's pretty much my diet

The diet I have most commonly seen on strippers is coke, salad, maybe some pot.

Mwahaha! That is SOOO true @ K.O.'s! They leave their chicken wing take-out containers all over the dressing room. The smell of those eventually wafts into the club & customers will ask what is going on in the back.

haha Ya come on girls... eating is cheating.

Sometimes I eat well but right now pretty crap. If I want to eat well I stick to fresh food. Nothing processed and drink only water.

Right now though... I have a steady diet of vodka, pizza, subway and other toxins. It is the festive season after all! Working 6 days so Ive actually lost 4lbs.

I guess I should've researched before saying "refined sugars". Obviously I'm totally wrong. I should also mention my reasoning for my diet - I have Postural Orthostatic Tachyardia Syndrome (which is why I drink Gatorade like it's going out of style, for the salt) and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. I just found out I have osteoarthritis as well.

I try to keep my diet as well-balanced as possible. I avoid dairy as much as I can, though I do love cheese. I can't remember the last time I drank milk. I cut out most sweets (candy bars, chocolate, etc) and that's what I meant by refined sugars. Ever since I cut out sugar (for the most part, anyway, it's pretty hard to avoid sugar altogether) I have noticed a huge difference in how I feel. My joints and bones don't ache as much.

I have no problem eating carbs- I've found that if I snack on pastas and breads and protein throughout the day before going to work, I am able to work without getting too tired.

Mine breakfast is similar to this.

Steal a bite of his bacon before bringing him the plate... suck his dick... swallow... steal a sip of his juice.

Seriously though. I eat like shit compared to most people here... Which is to say that I refuse to subsitute brown rice for delicious white... and drink milk, eat yogurt, ect. I also work out twice a day, though.
Which means that I look GREAT... unless I get sick for an extended period of time and can't work out. (Which happened recently... and even then... I think I gained about 10 pounds in 4-5 months of eating whatever the fuck I wanted since I was sick.)
During the week... I survive mainly on steamed vegetables, chicken and fish... with rice/lettuce thrown in where applicable. I throw in a few bonus things here and there to make up for nutrient/vitamin gaps in the foods I actually enjoy eating.
