    Default Brazilian Butt LIFT ..ANYONE did it?

    after just eating and sleep all the time... my whole body become flabby.

    I have boobs im okay with. But I am really bother by my butt ( I have a s/m butt..but its starting to head south.)..and i have extra fat on stomach, thigh, and arms.

    I am 5'1 . Weight 113 . 31% body fat (found that out when I decided to join the gym last week!!!)

    SO ANYONE ONE ON HERE HAVE THIS PROCEDURE DONE? If so, could you tell me if its worth it? and around how much you got it done for?

    you could pm me ... Help, i would like some reviews from you girls.

    I had an acquaintance (friend through a mutual friend) who did it last year, she really loved the results from what I hear. She's also a dancer. If you want to PM me your contact info I can send it to her to see if she'll talk to you about it. She's a bit flakey though, so if she doesn't contact you, don't be disappointed.

    People can usually get a nicer, and/or bigger butt by working out, unlike with boobs since they're fatty tissue.

    I have been working out for the past 8 months like crazy. I am shredded all over and my ass has gotten higher and nicer. However, I still think I am lacking volume in my ass. It really doesn't matter how many dead lifts I do, if I dont have enough meat to start with- its really hard to make it.

    I had to start eating 3000-4000 calories a day and working out every day. I see a change still but it is not truly significant.

    Buttcheeks are muscle, the largest muscle in the whole body, so train them like if you were a body builder (but your main priority would be buttcheeks); consume lots of protein (eggwhites, low cal protein shakes, etc), and if you can, lift as much weights you're able.

    Since you're increasing muscle, use lots of weight and few repetitions (at least eight, no more than twelve).

    This is what I'm trying to do, a "natural" butt lift. I work with a trainer and find when I do walking lunges my butt is really sore, so that must mean it's helping.

    Out of squats, dead lifts and lunges, I think that lunges make my butt most sore too. Weighted lunges (50 pounds)

    Single leg squats on a chair seem to do pretty well also.

    The dead lifts seem to do my butt and the back of my legs. The back of my legs are so sore the next day.

    You can work out all you want but that won't put fat in your ass. I read an article once about how they use lighting positioning and makeup to bump up those ridiculous results, go and look at body building women, so they have dream assess? Bbl is the only way to redistribute fat and contour your hip curve. IMo

    I have to add that even if you try to build a butt in the gym, other areas that are genetically predisposed to bulking up or getting very defined are kind of out of your control. So in many cases, if that doesn't work, I would totally be in favor of fat transfer or butt implants. I'm still deciding for myself
