The best thing i have heard in a strip club to date:
customer: we should get married right now! we should get a shotgun marriage!
me: uhh... i think you are misunderstanding what a shotgun marriage means. A shotgun marriage means you knock me up and my daddy shows up at your door with a gun and forces you to marry me and raise the baby. You mean elope.
customer: hmm... nah actually i will take the shotgun marriage. At least then we would be having sex.

I seriously need to check this out! You know I travel with a container of peanut butter... yeah - enough said. As long as it works with celery I would be happy, & it looks like you can mix it with water to get the traditional peanut butter consistency - that's awesome! Plus, only 1g of real sugar, which is good because it's low & other than splenda I can't handle sugar substitutes. The online reviews seem positive & they have sample packs:

I love peanut butter...a friend of mine finally persuaded me to try your American 'peanut butter and jellow' delicacy last week....except I tried it with strawberry jam and then lemon curd spread......

    OMG....it's DELICIOUS!! I can't stop now!!

I ordered a sample of this stuff to try it out and it's AMAZING! I just ordered the 4 pack. Tastes very similar to regular PB ....great substitute for low fat diets

Athena, great job on bouncing the sugar - this was very very hard for me to do to. Once you did it though did you see a tremendous improvement in you skin quality? All I had to do was stumble across Dr. Perricones Ageless Forever book and what he writes about how badly sugar degrades your organs was the kicker for me.
