Thanks. I had thought about that, then put the thought out of my mind, because back when I had that ePassporte Visa Electron card (that I had to pay for), it pissed me off that I couldn't use it to pay for stuff online or over the phone.

I had thought that since it had the Visa logo on it, it SHOULD be acceptable for online and phone transactions, but apparently not, since other hosts found out they couldn't do those things either.
And every time I tried using the ePassporte Visa Electron card at Subway, it got rejected, which is embarassing when you've got people behind you in a line. It worked for me at Pizza Hut though, so maybe the dude at Subway just did something wrong?
