    Mind Blowing Audition help!?

So I've never danced before and im going to work at a club called Cheetahs. I called to ask when i should come in to audition and the guy explained that its a full nude, VERY upscale club and VERY competitive. No touching laws and no alcohol. He also said theres no stage fee (although they may have a $10 stage fee in the future), no quota, and no tip out fee. EVERYTHING you make is yours to keep, you can decide how much you want to sell a private dance for.

So is there a catch? to me it seems like its the type of club that is so upscale that they dont need to take money from the dancers. But, i have never danced before and i dont know anyone who has.

I guess what im asking is what do i expect at an audition? Should i bring my own music? should i bring more than one outfit? what happens after the audition? i dont know anything! ahhh im so nervous!!

That's very strange that there's no stage fee or percentage taken by the house of your lap dances. Perhaps there's some sort of fee he isn't telling you about, like to the DJ or a manager, or maybe it's expected that you tip x amount/percent of your earnings, but it isn't an official rule. Just to be safe, I would bring some extra cash in case you end up having to pay something. If there happens to be a nice girl, maybe ask her about fees in the club as well so you have a better idea.

An audition can be anything from saying hi to the manager to going up on stage on doing a set. Dress regular hot and bring a bag of outfits, shoes, and other stripper things with you for your audition in case it's the latter or you are able to work right away. If you're more comfortable bringing your own music, go right ahead since you don't know what the DJ has, but make sure it's compatible on most music systems (CDs I make on my Mac with iTunes tend to not work at strip clubs for whatever reason) and club-appropriate. If you do a stage audition (make sure you get nude by the end of the set!), you'll likely go back to the dressing room after to get dressed and will speak with the manager about whether or not you're hired, and then they'll go into rules, photocopying your ID, scheduling, etc. Then maybe you'll be able to work, or else they'll at least tell you when you can come back.

    Good luck!
