Perhaps it's not so if A then B as I'm trying to make it but overall, this industry is white. Overall, the culture is white. Once again, I was just stating that it's what you make of it because no matter what facet you work in, bottom tier is always a possibility when something more "ideal" is present, but there are a handful of women who don't fit the little box that make a killing. But since as things usually go in this section and differences of opinion are seen as combative and people get defensive when someone challenges what they say, I'll drop it. Have said my piece and...I guess oh well. *shrug* No such thing as a friendly debate anymore.
And yes, I am black.
For those that missed it, that was why I asked about black sites. I don't have any interest in working for them.
