    Default I'm pissed off about this email!!!!!!!!!!

    So I get this email from a member on aw:

    I've just been in private with you and all I got was a blank screen. Also you appeared not to be replying to my chat. How can you accept a link up and then ignore someone?

    Perhaps you can explain what happened and advise how you intend to make amends.

    I remember this person being in my chatroom. I was talking and didn't get a response, and he didn't type anything. Then he left. So I had assumed he didn't like what he saw and left. Then I get this email from him complaining

    I don't intend on doing anything. I understand he does not know that there are tech issues sometimes, but he should have said something right then and there.

    Am I wrong for getting mad and telling him about himself? Is it possible to give a refund on aw? I guess I should be expecting a bad review after what I said to him in response to his annoying email.

    I would be pretty irritated too, but I would figure out if there is a way for AW to check his chat and see if hes just bs-ing, and if he isnt then there might be a way for them to refund it. I would of responded back to him saying "Im so sorry for anything that happened during our private, at the time I was not aware of any tech issues. I am going to get in contact with AW support and have them check out the feed, and then we will go from there." I wouldnt want to freak out on him though, remember this business is customer service as well. If there is no way for AW to either refund him or anything, then I would say "I'll give you a half price chat (or whatever price you want) for the tech issues if you'd like." I hope that helps.

    Your not really wrong he could have said something at the time. He was rather rude in that email. I had a guy tell me in free this morning that my screen was randomly going black. It turned out to be on my end as I temporarily then lost my internet service. I like it when they speak up and say there is a problem rather than just randomly leaving. Hugs to you and if he does give you a bad review you can always post a reply to it about what happened.

    The fact that he said "you appeared to not be replying to my chat" leads me to believe he actually WAS typing to her, but she couldn't see it. Sometimes these things happen unfortunately. The message was a bit rude an annoying, but I can understand from his side if things really went as he said and he tried communicating and got no response. From what I understand there is no shortage of rip off camgirls. Does AW have a "block" function, so as to avoid any back and forth that might result from responding to him in a not-so-favorable light? Personally angry messages really lower my mood and I'd rather not have to even open/read any negativity when I'm trying to work. But that's just me.

    Thanks ladies. I am so glad we have this forum to talk about whatever. I was already not feeling good before I saw that email, and when I saw it I was fuckin livid. Normally what people say does not affect me. On all my sites I have great feedback, and normally guys email me a civil message if there is a dispute.

    Yesterday on Niteflirt one of my regulars bought my pics, He emailed me and said he couldn't see the pics. He was very nice about it, and in fact I realized that some how I actually didn't have the pics in there. I thanked him for letting me know, and sent an extra pic.

    My point is this guy TOM jumped to conclusions because he is an asshole in real life. He didn't even give me the opportunity to see what the problem was, if there was a problem at all. I am notorious for giving free shit to good customers and so on. If there is a problem I fix it. But if you come to me incorrect I will fuckin let your dumb ass have it! I don't have a bad review yet, but I saw he had a dispute of a bad review from a girl in group chat. He was mad about the fact that she was spending time with other people in group chat? REALLY?

    On a lighter note, I am not the type who stays mad long. Thanks to everyone who listened to me vent! LOL I WAS SO MAD! Iam ok now.

    I dont think he was being rude. I think he is pissed he spent his money to not see anything at all. How is he supposed to know that she cant help him with the problem, that AW needs too?

    He doesnt.

    Thats where customer service kicks in! What the hell do you guys mean you would have ignored him? Obviously he is a spending customer. He could have said alot WORSE, seriously. I think sometimes we need to get over ourselves and see the problem for what it really is.

    All he wants to know is how does she plan to make it better... shit I know I would! Its his money!


    Im real life with real businesses, ( your business is real too) , If a customer calls a company irate do you just hang up on him! UHM, NO! you figure out why he is upset by LISTENING, then findinf a solution. FUCK, they teach you that as a freaking WALMART CS rep.

    now excuse my attitude, im just a little blown away in how some of you choose to deal with your customers on the customer service angle. like im SHOCKED.

    In his email when he says "advise how you intend to make amends" he means he wants a free movie, cam show or something like that.

    So he will pop into camrooms, pretends he cant see or read anything then leaves and sends a message in the hope he can get free stuff from performers.

    His last few messages to performers have been of the same nature.

    Hey everyone! Thanks for reading my rant shit. Camwhore I agree with you, PrincessJenny thanks for checking the reviews if they came to pass.....

    I was pissed off and responded to him. Camwhore, you're right. He was thinking about his money wasted? I never let a customer waste his money. I always make sure they get their moneys worth if I can help. I give free pics for good reviews. I do what I got to do to build good client relationships!

    Even though I went off on him, he ended up apologizing anyway. He said this:

    Hi,

    No need to call me an asshole. I didn't say anything about your shows or reviews and I certainly wasn't abusive to you in any way or call you names. Yes I was annoyed about being connected and then paying for a blank screen. I did chat to you but got no response. I also said there was no picture. What more could I have done at the time. I was so looking forward to chatting to you which is why I was disappointed and wanted to know what had happened, which is why I e-mailed you.

    A few days ago I was in private with someone who left saying they'd brb (be right back) they went off and came back a few seconds later with a dildo, later they did the same thing but didn't bother to come back. I was left paying to look at an empty room for no reason at all. I have had no explanation from them as to what happened.

    When I got a blank screen from you I assumed something similar had happened. Which is why I asked how you intended to make amends. I am sorry if you think I was being rude in any way. That most certainly wasn't my intention and I apologise for any upset caused.

    I hope you will accept my apology and allow me to chat to you in private when we are both on-line together.

    Yep. We have to deal with it, like it or not. I saw he left bad feedback for someone else about group chat! He was mad that other guys were in group chat and left a bad review.

    I guess we just have to deal with it.
