Default Feet hurt after work, what to do?

When I first started working, my feet seemed good, nothing hurted. Now after a stripping break, I came back for a week straight, my body took the enviroment nicely, but my feet didnt. Same shoes as before, they burn hurt to move, esp near the ankle after HOURS of taking my shoes off. I stuck them in a hot tub but it didnt help much.

Does anyone else have this problem.. anything that could help?

Epsom salt foot soaks can help, as well as stretching really good and forcefully rolling your foot on a tennis ball or similar object. I'm not sure what to say about your burning feeling except that having a couple pairs of heels to trade between during your shift helps. And, of course, tiger balm

Peppermint foot lotion from the Body shop is great, it cools down burning feet.

Amen sister, epsom salts are the best. If you don't already have a bucket your feet will fit in comfortably, pick one up and soak your feet for 20min with epsom salts.

Aside from that I believe your feet will begin to adjust. I make sure that even if I am wearing 7 inch heels, the "rise" of the shoe, meaning slope from the ball of your foot to your heel is not too severe. The more gentle the rise the less pressure you are putting on the ball of your foot.

I agree on the epsom salts. Another thing you can do is put muscle ache reliever cream (such as Bengay) on your feet, & then some socks before going to bed.

I use this and also from the Body Shop you can get a little foot roller thing to massage the bottom of your feet.

Not sure about the ankles hurting, if it's to do with the shoe straps maybe try wearing socks?

Crud, I missed the thing about your ankles hurting. I pop my ankles a lot, but they get painful from time to time if I forget. You might want to look up ankle exercises on youtube & do them before work. Things like the doing the ABCs with your ankles, circles, & using exercise bands can help. Also, just flexing the foot backwards can be good, either with a band or stand on books/stairs & let the heel of your foot hang over the ledge - then press down.
