Oh god.... definitely do Firstname Lastname format. I did a whole 'persona change' a while back, and I am doing a MILLION times better with my new name now. The change was PAINFUL, so let's help you get it right the first time, mmmmkay?
Ok.... so your handle is Laurie? You can stick with Laurie as your firstname, or do Lauren (or is it Laura?) ("but you can totally call me Laurie for short, guys! Tee hee!"

. ;-)
Lastnames. Ummmm...... you want to meet the following criteria:
1) Sounds good with firstname.
2) Easy to spell.
3) Not so long that if you want to use it as a screenname, it exceeds the allowable character limit.
4) Not already being used by another girl.
5) Something 'American and approachable'.
6) THE DOMAIN NAME IS AVAILABLE. !!!! (Ummmm.... buy it. Not necessarily in the next five mins, but....)
That said, here are some suggestions:
Laurie Robinson
Lauren Clark
Laura Evans
...... etc. Try this for inspiration (I just googled 'popular last names'):

Good luck!!!
PS. What "ethnicity" do you say you are, on cam? Something specific, or just 'American'? I always like it when a girl's name matches her 'ethnicity'.... more believable that way. For instance, a camgirl who has a fresh-off-the-boat Asian look, and attracts guys who love that kind of girl, should call herself "Wendy Chang", and not "Ashley Wilson". Right? Anyway... not sure if that applies to you!!! ;-) Likewise, if you are a fiery Latina, and always play salsa music in your room, your name should be Carmen Garcia, rather than HotPussy4u.
(You're a PERSON, not a pussy. Why do girls do this? Ok wait.... that used to be me, soooo.... nevahmind.) ;-)
PPS. Remember that certain names 'evoke' a certain feeling, or a memory, or another association. I would stay away from Miller personally, cuz it just reminds me of shitty beer. You could also even use a name associated with a high-end product.... eg. Lauren Harley, if you want to evoke the feeling of a thrilling motorcycle ride. (Ok... lame example, but you get the drift.) Hilton is a good name.... "Laurie Hilton" ... or hell..."Vanderbilt"... ha ha! ;-) Ummm... what else.... Piggyback on the name of a luxury brand, for example. Laurie Klein. ;-)

Shanna Dior has done this. ;-) Obviously you can't use Gucci or Versace, because that's too overt and obvious. But the point is, certain names can evoke certain feelings subconsciously. Use that to your advantage.
