    Default the psychology of bargaining

Some clubs that I work at sometimes let you pick your rate for the CR (on top of their greedy cut of course) and I was wondering how I should go about it. In the past I've said I want 400 but really I'll let them bargain if they want but my lowest is 300. Of course if they don't attempt, I won't tell them I'd do it for less.
The problem I find is that once they see I'm open to bargaining they feel like they have the upper hand and wanna push really low. It doesn't help that other girls will f**k for 100 so it's really hard to get rooms anyways. I feel like if there was a set price it would be easier. Any tips?

Pick a set price for yourself and stick with it, no bargaining allowed. If you don't usually have many hagglers, stick with $400. If you find most guys refuse to pay that much, maybe try $350 or even $300 if that's something you're comfortable with, just don't undersell yourself and what your time is worth. If people start trying to bargain, tell them that the club sets the rate (unless it's well known that the dancers do, in which case don't try and bs them) and that you could get fired for trying to undercut them. I find it's also good to throw in a line along the lines of, "You mean you don't think I'm worth $x?" all doe-eyed and looking ever so hurt. Always helps me deal with customers looking for a deal.

that's very good advice. 400$ is kinda a lot so I rarely get that. 300 seems more reasonable, it's just that I feel like I'm missing out on $$ with the ones that would've gone for 400..

Maybe go with $350 so it's a happy medium? This is where keeping track of your earnings really helps: think about at how much you sell most of your VIPs, and how much bargaining was attempted. If most of them are sold at $350 with the odd $400, go with $350. If you sell quite a few at $400 and only rarely get bargaining attempts, go with $400. It really depends on the clientele of your club and your most popular price point that you're comfortable with. By going higher, you may lose out on the odd customer that would have gone for less, but you may also make overall since you aren't wasting your time on them. If you stick with something lower, you may sell a higher volume of VIPs, but your earning potential will be lower. Factor in how busy your club is, the clientele, the clients you specifically attract, past VIP sales, and your ideal cost.

If you have regulars, try and remember how much you usually go for them with and "grandfather" them in at their original price to keep them.

    1. Stop working clubs that turn a blind eye to the extras, or take the initiative to resolve the problems with the extras.

    2. Stop bargaining. Your rate is your rate... tell them they aren't in Tijuana.

Not at night...that's when the stars have rather better things to do. They're coming out, shining, that sort of thing.

I'm close with a girlfriend of mine who used to work at the bunny ranch as a cashier. Being a cashier she watched and listen to each girl hustle, book and collect day in and day out. I asked her the very same question and this was her advice to me:

Top earners are the ones who don't lower themselves for anyone. They're confident, eloquent speakers, and carry a business like demeanor. If a man offers you $400 and your price is $800, move on. If the same man comes back and gives in to your $800 price, tell him its $1,000 now. Believe that your worth every penny and the bar strip on his credit card with fade away by the end of the night.

I like what Kylea said. Your rate is your rate =]

^ Agreed! For every guy who tries to haggle with you or won't agree to your regular set price there is another guy who will pay your set rate with no argument, perhaps even more. What if a guy came in with $$$ in his pocket ready to book 2 hours with a girl but you were busy doing a $300 hour with some cheapo who isn't going to extend VIP? You lose out on the money you're entitled to for your time.

I worked in Miami, and it is a totally different world and I know girls come in from different countries bargaining rates for nothing all the time.

However, the good thing about Miami is that most nights you can find that Gold customer in the crowd who will pay your rate and more so it is better to not bargain in the long run.

Never let customers low ball you.

I've turned many "no's" into thousands of dollars.

    "But this girl charges less."

Oh do you want me to call her over?

Very good advice.. However there's absolutely no way for me to find a club with no extras in Miami. I've found though that the girls with the cheaper rates end up getting lots of rooms and thus end up making more overall..
They even give discounts on dances, soo sad lol

The only time that I would even CONSIDER lowering a rate for CR is if they are buying more than 2 hours. And even that is only if I've had them in there for an hour or two, and then they are thinking of leaving, THEN I'll pull up that because I'm having "So much fun" with them and I don't want to leave, then I'll do something just for them...knock $50 off a $400 hour, maybe.
Depending on how it breaks down at your club, you could also try saying it differently, (when I worked in London, the hour cost a certain amount, plus card fee, plus a bottle) so start with $400 including a bottle, etc, etc. OR if they want to bargain, say, ok, its $350, but you have to buy a bottle.......then when they have their card out...oh, and its card fee....they are paying the same, but think that they are getting a deal. Morons.

Oh, how I miss the CR!!!
I take cash, debit or credit. I just don't take shit.
