Hi Looking For Advice For Work Outs To Get A Stipper Body ??I'm A Beginner





There is no such thing as a "stripper body". -_- There's all types. Fat, skinny, big ass, no ass, crackhead, drop dead gorgeous, girl next door etc.
Do a lot of cardio, yoga, or pilates. Boxing is good and it helps relieve repressed aggression. Walk if you can to go places. Swimming is pretty fucking good too.
The most important thing is consistency and watch what you eat.

Aerobics, lifting, running and swimming. I vary the workout, but hit the gym or pool five out of seven days for at least an hour.

I did cardio and light weights. I will say though that knowing your body type is also important. When I started dancing I kept trying to get skinny. However I have the bodytype where I gain muscle so I had to incorporate my workouts to make sure I didn't get too buff.
Thank You I Have a Large Frame :-( I'm Over Weight We have A Gym Here :-) I Was Going 4 to 5 x A Week 25 min Treadmill, 10 Steps Min Rest On Weights For An Hour A Day Lost 23 lbs In 2 Mo But I Stopped Going Now it's Time to Start Again I'll Take Any Tips Advice I Can Get It's Very Appricated :-)

Eat clean..low fat..moderate carbs..weights & cardo..

Jump rope and eat at least five small meals a day also pilates on a reformer if you can afford it.
