How much should you tip the waitress the DJ and the bouncer ? Thanks.
10% to the DJ and 10% split amongst the boucers (more if they've done something special for you that night-- I slipped the bouncers an extra $10 if he had to throw someone out for me. Tip the waitress a couple bucks if she does something for you.
I never got tipped by the dancers as a waitress. Thats why I wasnt a waitress for long. The bouncers and dj usually get like a % of how much you make. But if I made like 100 I would probably only do 5 bucks each. If I made 600 it would be much more. It also depends on how many there are!

Depends on your club and the set up.
At my club, we tip the DJ 10%, but not the bouncers, as they get part of that %age. There are usually about 5 waitresses on - and it would be ridiculous to tip ALL of them - its pretty standard at my club not to tip them, but if one recommends me to someone, or is particularly awesome (or tells me who is running a tab, or has a high-level credit card...) then I will tip them as a thank you.
If you have a shitty night, don't be too concerned about tipping everyone hugely - you should leave with some money! If you have an amazing night ($800+) then overtip - it balances out.
Try to think of it as what is appropriate, not an exact percentage every night.
I take cash, debit or credit. I just don't take shit.

Hear me ramble about random things:

Ok thanks so much everyone, I would hate to under tip and have everyone think I'm cheap or over tip and screw myself over in the end.
We have a standard tip/fee for our DJ and bouncer, but if they do anything to help me make money, I'll give them $5 (I'm in Canada and that's our lowest bill, and I'd feel silly going over to thank them with coins lol) or maybe more if I made a LOT of money off their introduction/recommendation. I'd do the same for anyone else (including waitresses, but I find they tend to just glare at us dancers or try and hustle us to buy shots from them) in the club. I've had a fellow dancer buy me a drink because I helped her sell some dances (and then she took me for 2 double dances with one of her other customers as well), and I think I'll remember that approach if a dancer ever helps me sell dances.
