I'm so frustrated with myself that I let myself get so out of shape in the past three months over the holidays. My stomach is the worst area. I hate that I gain weight there. I was looking good before (first pic) in October, but now I look so out of shape. I can't believe I let myself get like this in 3 MONTHS
. I WILL get back to looking like the first picture. The 3rd picture is me sucking it in, and I'm still not happy with that, because I look flabby and still have a gut even though I'm holding it in
. The last picture is when I'm relaxing and not sucking it in, which is completely horrible
. It's worse because I'm short, so it looks bad if I even gain 5 lbs. I don't know how much I weigh, though, now, and I don't want to know because I'll just be mad.
I do not feel comfortable going back to work looking like this. What do you all do to lose weight quickly? Should I feel okay going to work if I have to, or would you all stay home (if you could afford it) until you lose the weight? Am I just over reacting? Please be honest.
