    Default "ethnic" hair

    hi ladies!

i had a very short stint dancing and loved it. i am half black half asian and have verrryyyy thick curly hair that i rock out in a fro type deal. thing is, i really want to start dancing again but im not sure if i should maybe wear a wig? i danced in texas, and now live in la. my exotic look really made me money, but are guys gonna be into the "natural" ethnic look? and for those that dance with wigs, is it difficult to make sure it stays in place? lol

No not at all. The wigs I wear have cobm attachments and they dont move. You could always get a sew in

I would say try your look out. In Nola you could probably rock your natural look, and in the smaller clubs you could certainly try it. The only mixed women that I've seen have had straightened hair and if your hair is as lovely as it sounds I would say go with a wig so you don't damage your natural hair.

So long as you braid down your hair, or make little pony tails so your bobby pins attaching your wig to your real hair don't slide out, I don't see a problem. The more you mess around with wigs the more options will open up for you.

I've used full wigs, ponytail clip-ons, and now stick with three quarter wigs because I like to add some extra oomph to my natural hair. You'll be able to find something The only thing about full wigs though is that they can get wicked hot under there and make you sweat
