I'm new to webcamming, today I started. What is you experience with webcams.com? There was traffic today but the guys only stayed in free chat. I'm wondering if it's me or maybe the site????

It's not just you other models experience the same. In another topic on this forum it's been discussed that webcams.com site usually the guys want low price camshows for 1.99 anything higher cost hard to get privates there. Also on this forum several other topics to get reviews on webcams.com and other sites just do a search on here.

Right now on this forum lot of models picking to be on Adultwork.com, MyFreeCams (These two sites offer higher percentage) and Streamate (This site offers lower percentage but the levels of privates and traffic usually be good no matter what price charge for camshows).

Thanks for your advice I tried to sign up for streamate but my account is still not approved. MFC is something I didn't sign up for yet because the opinions here are so different but maybe I should try.

Webcams.com is no longer free chat based. You can always just sit in private and wait for the guys to come in while working other sites.

Because of Webcams no longer having mandatory free chat, I'm back on there, though lately I haven't been logging in much. I need to though, because I'm like $5 from making the minimum for payout.

I'm usually logged into paid chat for a long time before I start making any money. I guess the only reason I've stayed with Webcams is that it's weekly pay, I can do paid chat only, payout is 40% (which is more than some of the other sites I've been on), and I figured the extra $50 or more per week couldn't hurt.

I'm only like $5 away from payout, so I might just work on there for that and then leave, and then just focus on MFC/AW/Yahoo! Cam Girls Online/xxxcambabes. Yes, I think I may give these two Yahoo! Messenger cam sites another chance.

I struggled to get privates when I tried it and was only charging $2.99 and did not feel comfortable going any lower
