I have a pinched nerve under my left shoulder blade and have had to visit the chiropractor for many years. While it will help your back feel better, you normally have to have multiple visits over several months to get the results to last, and even then for me the relief only lasts 6 months or so. For my chiropractor the co-pay is $45 with federal health insurance.
AKA: Kimber

I see an Osteopath (soft tissue and bone specialist with chiropractic skills) for my hockey injuries. I have much quicker results than I ever got with a chiro.
yes do it I have been going for years . It's the only thing that works for me . And no my ins. dose not cover it ..

I go to the chiropractor every few months for an adjustment. I think it helps, I always feel better afterwards.

I'm one for one. My long-ago neck injury (college) was cured by chiropractic treatments. My lower back trouble a year ago didn't respond to months of adjustments--at all. In fairness, the first doctor was very good; the second one, not so much.
Depends, what exactly seems to be the problem with you back?
I go to an Osteopath. I find most of my issues are muscle related, which also can put my back out if it gets bad.

I went to one 3 times a week for a month... that was the best month of my life physically. I wanna go back but it was so damn expensive.
