Since webcamming ive become way more lazy, i stopped excersing, my diet went to pot, and i just couldnt be arsed doing stuff.
Least wen i danced i had that bit of excersise. and lots more time on my hands.
So about a week an a half ago i finally got into the rutine of eatin bran for breakfast, snacking on carrots, apples, and tomatoes instead of junk, and eating 4 normal meals a day.
I excersise about 1-2 hours a day, mostly cardio, and targeting everywhere but mainly my legs and arms. ive lost 1 and a half inches of each arm already, in such a short time, im so proud of myself, my stomach has toned up way more, and i can tell my bum has lifted slightly, and i have so much more energy, i do eat more, but i eat healthy stuff to replace my energy, i dont have kips as much during the day either.
lets hope the posistive effects keep on comin and that it will carry over to cammin, coz boy do i need help on cam atm haha, this weekend has been diabolicle haha.
