Eating eggs will actually help, because of all the biotin in the yolk.
Taking Biotin supplements has really helped my hair. I get sick of eggs real quick!
I use eggs when I need to lose 10 to 20 lbs quickly. Eggs and fish. Boring daily meal, but effective for me.





Yeah, it's really about the biotin and omega-3's. You can get biotin from romaine lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, and swiss chard, and omega-3's from eggs, flaxseeds, fish, nuts... or just buy them as supplements. : )
Your hair most likely won't grow faster, but it will grow in healthier, shinier, and stronger.

Don't get the omega supplements. Get the flaxseed supplements better. Also, make sure you get enough iron. Someone here reccomended Floradix liquid iron and I love it. Doesn't make me constipated and I also noticed the my under eyes don't look as dark as before. Makes me think it's the iron, but who knows...
I just bought nettle tea too. Suppose to be good for the hair too.




Doesn't seem to make much difference for my fish-loving cats.
That said, a protein-rich diet is meant to be awesome for human hair.
