I just want to look my best, i will increase cardio but wanted the best foods or supplments for losing water weight and looking firm
chicken breast, egg whites, asparagus, celery, and I was going to either supplment with fish oil capsules or have a tablespoon of olive oil
lots of water, and coffee black,
anything else? I am probably around 21% bodyfat
I am very pale...maybe some sort of tan would help?
