Default New club - having doubts

I just started at a new club because I felt I got too comfortable at my old club and that there us a limit to how much you can make etc etc... Anyways I've been at that new club for 3 nights now, the first was ok, the other 2 horrible.. I do see the potential to do amazing there. Also, I see this club as more of a challenge and want to sharpen my hustle skills there. Do you think it's stupid to stay there cause I have been doing worse than at the other club so far? I mean what should be important is the take home but I see a lot of potential and maybe just need some time to warm up to the different atmosphere.. Any thoughts?

It's difficult to really answer that question. Is there any particular reason you're doing worse at this club, and it makes you unhappy? Is it just because it's a new environment, or are there specific things about this club that make you uncomfortable?

And would you choose to stay at this club despite it making you miserable solely because you view it as a challenge? I personally find that it's worth losing out on a bit of income in order to be happier. I'd rather make $300 a night at a club I love than $400 at a club I hate. And keep in mind that potential income isn't GUARANTEED income. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. You KNOW how much money you made at your last club. You are only guessing at what you'll be making here. And don't forget that a lot of girls exaggerate their income. You can't compare your earnings to other people's earnings; everyone has a different average, a different technique, and often a different work ethic.

Plus, don't forget about burn-out. You can only operate at that level for so long before you start losing momentum. You'll start to find excuses not to work, and you won't be as motivated when you're there.

You're very right. It's that my old club has a very low end clientele and a lot if cheap extras girls.. I average 3-400 there but the new club has potential for a lot mire and has better clients.
